Nice machine, lousy installation

The water switches on and off during washing cycles and causes a loud noise. It is irritating. Have tried lowering water pressure and it didn't change. Also, had a very bad experience with installers. Broken water pipe. Water shooting freely into cabinets, walls, running into air vents, and soaking linoleum and carpet. That happened last year, still have not heard from company's insurance company, Sedgwick. Cannot get anyone to talk to us.

I washed a full-size soft blanket by its self on bulky (I tried the normal setting as well) and it wouldn’t spin after the rinse. It left so much water in the blanket, I had to stop it and put it on drain and spin.
