However I trust Best Buy and keep a yearly contract with Geek Squad. This extends the warranty. Best Buy delivered and installed, this was helpful I no longer have a truck.

Two replacements and no bueno

I luckily purchased the additional warranty just incase and it had been godsend. I got it replaced with a faulty one that started smelling like smoke and exchanged it. The second replacement straight up didn’t work. I put it to clean the tub and the sensors didn’t stop the tub from filling to the very brim. It spilled water everywhere. Honestly stay away from these appliances and stick with better brands that are known for longevity. Usually brands that give longer years in warranty tend to stand by their product except Insignia.
