It does exactly what tou need it to do and nothing more. It doesn’t have fancy features ir anything but if you are on a budget for a washer then this is a very good purchase.

Now the latch that locks the lid is messed up and have no idea why. So now the washer won't work due to it not latching properly. The drum is deep and huge but you can only add 6 lbs of dry clothing to it which takes forever to do laundry especially if you have a heavyset person in your home. Would not recommend at all!

This particular washer is small enough for my small wash room in my apartment. My biggest complaint is how noisy it is. It sounds like someone is knocking on the walls its very obnoxious! I dont wash at night or early mornings because i want to be considerate to neighbors.

It runs a load almost to the end then stops and has an error code. This is since I bought it. I called service. They came out and told me I can only wash two towels at a time, nothing else. The machine does not work. The service is nonexistant. What a waste of time and money. So sad.

I’m still getting used to the amount of items to put in since the water is added after the lid locks. I’m used to my older machine where I added detergent and water, then the items.
