I was lucky to get it as an open box item. I love the settings and the water level sensor. It spins the clothes dry. I can't complain it does what it's supposed to do!

Best Buy sent someone from the geek squad to look at it and was told it was the suspension rods which they replaced , it stilled leaked. Then I was told it was the water valve, and they could not get the parts. Then I was told I have to buy a new machine. I will never buy anything from them again. The worse customer service I ever came across. Didn’t even try to work with me.

So pleased with this washer. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles and that is what we wanted. Do not like the newer ones with all these water levels that set themselves.

It does a great job cleaning the clothes and I know it saves water so my electric bill will be lower.
