The dryer broke in October 2022 and I bought it in January 2022. I have a year warranty on it, but best buy will give you the run around when it comes to repairs and service. Then maybe if you buy a extended warranty they may treat you different. I don't know because right now I'm just a nobody that bought a washer, dryer, and cooler from them in January 2022. Getting run around on repairs as of this month December 2022 and dryer broke October 2022.

Owned for 9 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best Buy sold me a machine with a broken engine with cracked part, Insignia (in house brand) customer service was completely ignoring my complaint, the issue was escalated to the corporate customer service. OMG they treat me so badly, push me and argue. I told that I want to return the item which is on the warranty and close my Best Buy account. They push me to accept their poor repair service. They will "repair" the machine so it will break in a day. The first service rep "didn't eve pay attention " that the engine is broken. It took a lot of arguments to get a second rep to come over, he admitted the factory damage. I don't want to deal with Best Buy anymore. This store is a bully that take advantage of the customers even those who've been with them over 10 years. Shame on you horrible place.
