    The machine is fine, but the workers who delivered and installed the machine did not put the drain hose into the standpipe in our basement. When I tested the machine, water just flew out to the ground and caused a small flood.

    Purchased this washer for our vacation home in January 2023. Have not used this washer very much. Started shaking bad and the agitator quit working. Called the support line and was told it was only a one year warranty. Better pay the extra and get the extended or better to buy a name brand from someone else.

    Awesome piece of equipment but it takes too long to finish a wash cycle, this confuses me because it states that it saves on your power bill.
