The tub began slamming into the sides of the washer no matter how perfectly balanced the clothes were to the point the whole washer began moving. Total garbage.

Another thing the product is a Best Buy product and they do not carry longer hoses. They refer you out to Home Depot and Lowes which they do not have it.

The detergent bin only allows powdered detergent I use liquid and it's made cheap unfortunately it's the only top load machine that would fit in the space I have..

It will not spin; no matter which setting I put it on it will not spin. Even when I put it on drain and spin it will not spin. It goes through the extra rinse over and over, but never spins.
