The comfort of the keyboard when typing and kids can do their schoolwork in comfort. The mouse is comfortable, stable and easy to control. The comfort grip is amazing never making your fingers get tired, achy, or uncomfortable.

Nice keyboard and mouse

This is a nice soft touch keyboard that has a true keyboard feel, unlike some of the slim keyboards that feel like laptop keys. It's plug and go so you couldn't ask for anything else. Thankfully I don't need the driver disk because I wouldn't trust it.

The keys are "harder" and require more force to type on but that's ok. I haven't figured out if it's possible to separate the keyboard and the mouse because I'd like to use the mouse with a different computer. But overall a good buy.

I use this key a lot at work, but I’m not rough on anything I spend my money on and I’m the only one using it. I tried all the troubleshooting I could think of - removing batteries, using a different USB port, etc. No luck. I first contacted Best Buy Essentials warranty department via email on 11/2. After trying all of their troubleshooting, I was able to both file a claim and get a replacement on 11/9. On 11/22 I noticed the same thing with my replacement, but now it’s not just the right arrow key, it’s also the 1 on the number pad. I don't know whether to bother with customer service again or just cut my $20 loss and get another brand. I will say that both of my experiences with Best Buy Essentials warranty department and the Geek Squad in-store were easily the quickest & easiest I’ve dealt with in a long time. I’d give both companies 5 stars for that, but unfortunately I can only give this product one star.

Bad purchase, keys die less than 6 months

First the 0.1,2,3, then the 4,5 and then the 6,7,8,9 and then other random keys on the keyboard. I do not recommend purchasing this item. This is not used for work nor gaming it's just a poorly made waste of money.
