I needed some wire on short notice and they seemed to not sell any flat at my BB so I had to buy this. It’s ugly but it worked till I got some flat cat8 delivered.

I recommend Ethernet if your device has more than 1Gbit per second adapter. Also your ISP must be giving out more than 1Gbit per second.
