To compare its life with other batteries, I used one of these batteries in a wall clock and a battery of another type in another wall clock of the same type. I found this battery could last longer. However, this may not be a fair comparison as the other type of battery is not alkaline battery.

The batteries hold up there charge just as good as any other brand. The Best Buy are bang for your bucks and their just as good. I get the 48 pack which will last a very long time.

They worked fine and the batteries remaining in the package worked fine as well. I don't remember how long it took, but it was a good little while before I used up the batteries.
