This massage chair has literally everything you need. From intense massage to a relaxing stretch. Very much worth it.

Bought without seeing it.. was aprehensive.. only thing i didnt like is that it comes assembled and wouldnt fit through doors . But boy it q great product! We have been using it quite a bit. No complains other than a better instructions to dissembly to allow the door through movement.

Got this during daily deals in Bestbuy for under $1300 with delivery and setup. Zero gravity like your floating. Awesome 3D massage setup with full body massage. Has Bluetooth speakers that I can connect my phone to play my fav songs. Thank you Bestbuy!

One of the best purchases I have ever made. As a member I was able to get it at a very reasonable price and more than happy with the quality of the massage that delivers with so many different options. I have people that stop by the house to say hello but I know they're just coming to use the chair!

for the price, message chair is good. It doesnt fit people small in heihgt. Shoulders also dont get pressed properly for thin people. Overall chair is very good and relaxing, i got to sleep every time i sit in it :)

Great chair! Lots of amazing pressure, can sometimes be too much on the lower back. Love all the massage modes and after a session you really feel relaxed. The only improvement I would like to see would be shoulder and neck targeting. I would say that is the weakest of the chair. But that doesn’t take away from all the positives this chair offers. Use it daily and have had no issues with anything. The Bluetooth speakers work great and add to the relaxation. Good product.

I've had this chair a year now and use it daily. Its an amazing way to wind down after a day, or even to use as a recliner. Everything is working as well as day 1. Yes, be aware of the width of it depending on what room you plan to use it. Delivery was amazing. I got mine for $1300 on sale. The only thing I'd want more out of a massage chair is better shoulder work. This does ok but we have a separate, cheap neck and shoulder massager when that is needed.

Extremely powerful , alot of massage options ,, the material looks good also . Feels good on the lower intensities. Good bottom of feet massage feature also. This was return because the back massage is just to much pressure for me ,, I don’t know if it is meant that way ,, and the chair is extremely big.

Bought it about 2 years ago! A very good product, every time I fell asleep during the massage. The controller is very convenient to change settings. Strongly suggest purchasing...

We love our chair. It seems well built and solid. It is comfortable to sit in, whether the massage is on or not, although we don't use it as a general purpose sitting chair. The massage choices are fun to explore and I still haven't gotten past using those to try to develop my own custom ones. I feel so good after using it, especially after a long day of work. My back feels looser, in general, and I feel like I'm standing taller due to that. I admit I find it concerning regarding the lack of extended warranty so we did get the Best Buy Total Tech program to help cover things in case of a breakdown later down the road. We bought ours on a deal of the day. As much as I love this one, we wouldn't have paid full price. If you're a stressed out, overworked person looking for some in-home relaxation, though, this very well might be worth it even at full price.

My wife and I were literally just looking around for a chair and just happened to look at our email for Best Buy, which I normally delete, and decided to look to see what they had on sale and lo and behold they had this chair on sale. So we decided to purchase it for a very good price, less then a 1/3 of the price, on sale for black Friday pricing and so far we love it, it does everything we wanted and more.

Great chair for the price ..love the 3D function ...MAKE SURE YOUR HOUSE DOOR IS WIDER THA N 35 INCHES IN ORDER FOR CHAIR TO GO INTO YOUR HOUSE. CHAIR WILL NOT FIT INTO YOUR BEDROOMS UNLESS YOUR DOOR CLEARANCE IS MORE THAN 35 INCHES wide...Most standard doors are 32 inches wide ....make sure you pay for the upgraded delivery fee to have chair delivered into your house and complete setup.

This monstrosity is so kuch bigger than you would think make sure to read all measurments and get a solid idea of where this will fit. It works great and is a good massage but looks so out of place bexause of size

For the amount we spent the chair is excellent with no complaints. It could use better cushions but the modes and options do a outstanding job. I dropped it a star due to the lack of an extended warranty option.

Was initially excited to setup and begin using it but the chair is a bit tight for me. (5'10, 250) if you're a broader build you may want to go for something bigger. Solid for relaxing or watching tv despite the sized

I've been wanting this chair for a while now, so when I found it on sale for the lowest price I've seen as of late, I quickly snatched it up. The massage features are top notch and the 3D audio is the icing on the cake. I haven't tried the custom massage options yet, but I'm certain I'll be pleased with those as well.

This chair is God sent… I have a very bad back and was thinking about this for years. I pulled the trigger and feel is one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. The chair is awesome, all kids of massages, beautiful look, superb quality, strong build, feels like if its worth 3 times the price I paid. Love it. Is now in my daily routine. My back feels so much better. Thanks Best Buy for having this item. The representatives that delivered and installed it were superb. Great attitude super knowledgeable and nice! Thinking about buying this item.. think no more. ((Buy it!))
