Different massage options cover all our needs. Option to save profiles gives custom treatment to each of us in the family. inbuilt speaker is also a good quality one. the material is also good quality which gives premium look to the chair. shoulder massage doesnt press that hard but this may be different from person to person.

Wow, got this for 60% off and its the best massage chair ever. This is my second one and my first had lumited options this is like having a masseuse in the house. Absolutely love. Use it daily.

This would be a 5 star review if there had been more clarity on height standards. I’m 6’3” and think that this chair is perfect for anyone 6 feet or under. The leg massager doesn’t extend far enough for me, and the upper part doesn’t reach my neck or traps, stopping just short of the top of my shoulder blades. I can crunch down in the chair and hit those areas, but it’s not very comfortable. As far as the functionality, it’s very good at what it does. I like it a lot, just wish I had the full effect without having to contort my body for the desired result.

Good quality, sturdy, zero gravity is nice. Speakers are good quality, pressure and strength are great, could be harder though.

I can't think of anything that I don't love about this chair. It has so many different settings and I like them all. I really like that you can control the intensity from gentle massage to a more deep massage. My husband has never been one to like massages but he really likes this chair. We both use it everyday. It's great after a workout.

Very Strong Massage chair. Couple issues: with the chair. 1. Not made for taller people. chair, the leg portion does not extend long enough for taller individuals. I am 6.0 ft tall and the chair foot massager does not extend out far enough for me to straighten my legs, I have to keep my legs bents at the knees just to fit into the unit. 2. Very strong, the back rollers can cause soreness and possible bruising.

I like how the calf part has rollers. I don’t feel like the back part is AS good but it is still good. I might be from the cushion. The picture is of the 2D next to 3D. =)

Great chair with all the features. Massage is fully adjustable and customizable. Overall very pleased with this for the price. Minor complaints, the heat doesn’t get very warm and the user select is not a simple interface, but love the chair.

This chair has so many great massaging functions and everyone who's sat in it wants to get one. Love the compression on the calf's and foot rollers! If I had to give any complaint it's not comfortable to just sit in even without using massage. If over 5'11, don't get one.
