We had an issue with the original purchase and Insignia were quick to make it right. The massage chair it’s self was an excellent buy, the therapeutic effect is worth the money. You won’t regret this purchase, you’ll just have to figure out how to keep the rest of the folks in your home off of it.

Even at the low price, it wasn't worth it. My wife and I agree it just didn't feel great. It doesn't focus on your neck and the only things that feel good are the manual settings, but you have to keep adjusting them so you never relax. She's 135lbs and I'm 205lbs. I barely fit and the back roller sounded like it was dying after 2 weeks.

We had to exchange the first chair because the arm would pop every time we used it. The new chair has a popping sound when the foot rest goes down. Hopefully, we have years of use and then I would give it 5 stars.

I use the different programs depending on the day and what hurts. My only complaint is that it doesn’t get your hamstrings and quads but I haven’t seen one that does. Great for before and after workouts and on recovery days.
