We bought Samsung appliances three years ago: a fridge, a double oven range and microwave. We’ve already spent $300 on repairing the refrigerator, replaced the microwave, and had Samsung replace a faulty temperature sensor while unit was under warranty. Most disturbing is that the temperature sensor failed again recently and I contacted Samsung because our house filled with smoke and I was alarmed at the significant fire hazard risk to us and fellow unsuspecting consumers. In fact, if you do a Google search, you will see that there is a class action lawsuit out there for the same problem. When I first called Samsung, I was optimistic that they were going to take responsibility for this issue, but I am horrified to report that they are tech came out and reported an infestation in our unit as the cause of the problem. There is absolutely no infestation. We tried using the oven because the Samsung tech said it was safe and got a C20 error message. We had another technician come out from a different company and they reported that yes or oven was heating past the set point and that someone unplugged the temperature censor causing the C20 error message. When the tech plugged the temp sensor back in the oven overheated. No infestation. Please see the attached job order from Samsung versus the report from an independent tech today. I was on the phone with Samsung for 45 minutes and they decided that I should have pest control to come out and confirm that there is no infestation and then call them back. I recommended they send pest control to verify the integrity of their technician. Nope. Can’t do it because infestations are not covered by warranty, I’m sure they use that diagnosis quite a bit. I’m super disappointed. Samsung had the best features, but has not been worth the money at all. The safety issue is the biggest dealbreaker for me.

I find this stove to be an excellent stove. I highly recommend it for the features it has. I know I gave this five stars but my couple of the pics are that I wish they were more than one big burner and also it is very difficult to keep this thing clean. The stove top gets dirty easily, and it takes some effort to clean it up other than that very nice.

I cook regularly for a multi-generational family of 7. This has been a complete game changer for us. With all the different palettes in our family, having the 2 ovens but also the option to use it as one big oven are phenomenal! While it has taken a little time to get used to all the settings and cooking temperatures. I am extremely pleased with this purchase.

I have only had my range for a few days but so far everything works great. Love the airfry and split oven. Did use the griddle pan wasn't use where to place it but figured it out. a lot of instructions to read. This was my 2nd purchase originally purchased in Jan but that one disappeared son I cancelled that order and repurchased again to get it sooner. Everything worked out.

I like this stove. It took some getting use to due to it heats up hotter than my previouse one. The oven is smaller than expected. I love the wireless connection that lets you know when your stove is turned on or ready after preheating

So far, no major complaints. The air fryer can get messy, depending on what you are cooking. Bacon made a mess! And don’t cook greasy foods on the griddle unless you have a way you remove the grease as you cook. It would be nice to have an additional air fryer tray and oven rack. But so far it has been amazing.

So overall the stoves functions and performance are pretty good. Im a professional chef so I actually cook on this stove and noticed the glass top scratches extremely easy. After my first time cooking with it, it got a huge scratch. I move my pans around while cooking and even during my first basic cook, scratched the top. Baked on food on the top also doesnt clean off as easy as i would have hoped. The top seems fragile so im honestly a little scared to cook on it. Also the convection feature for the over doesnt do that great if using the top or bottom oven. The space is too small so the air doesn’t circulate like it should. So to get best results, remove the divider and use both ovens as a whole.

BEST OVEN OUT THERE FOR THANKSGIVING OR EVEN TO HOST FAMILY THIS COMES IN HANDY TO BAKE ANY DISHES AT THE SAME TIME OR AT SEPERATE TEMPATURES IF NEEDED LOVE THIS OVER 3 YRS LATER AND STILL WORKS LIKE NEW

Terrufic appliance! You can eitherbuse it as a small or remove the divider and it becomes a huge oven. Comes with a 2 burner griddke & an air fryer tray. The iven has many settings.

I liked because the flex duo and no preheat air fry ,I’ll recommend it to my friends

I got this range because my previous one was the same model. It worked exactly 7 happy years and then control of temperature stop working. It was on High temp only. But oven was the best I ever had. This newer and improved model is good too. I am still adjusting. But I do not like oven that much. I've burned my muffins, cake and bread. despite i set temperature right. It seems that upper burners are too powerful. And in this model upper oven bigger than in previous model unfortunately. But design of handles and bottom draw in this model is better. it is easier to clean.

Very nice easy to use cooks fast love the double oven

We had an older model of a Samsung range for about 10 years,but this model is far superior. The rapid heating eyes and no preheating oven saves time and energy as does the confection mode. Excellent performance for our large family
