I love this oven! It is sleek and works well! It has so many features! It works great for dehyrating as well as cooking. Would highly recommend!

Excellent oven The burners are all in the appropriate spot and size, and double oven works like a charm

Excellent stove, heats fast, good looking. The griddle is great, but could be better with some slight depressions at the ends to keep it from sliding. Haven't used the air fryer yet, will update review when that happens

We think this oven is amazing. I love the 3 stage burner and also the double oven. The only drawback is the dark control panel. You really have to strain to see it. But it's not that bad.

Great product! Crappy service, When I scheduled the delivery everything was to come on the 1st of July . Best Buy calls and asks to move some of the deliveries up .. I say okay but they all still have to be in stalled as planed .. well the 21 come and the Delivery guys say they cannot install and are Going to add the dishwasher and microwave on to the delivery on the 23th .. um ok .. ( so that the items can be installed, the guys on the 21 are not authorized to install) .. come the 23rd we get a call and they Are on their way .. outside of the delivery time and oh … they have no idea where the microwave is but have a dishwasher and range… um okay They get here and cut The line and flood My kitchen … oh wait also they are not skilled with they type of plumbing we have .. interesting as we rush to shut the water off …. Oh wait … wrong dishwasher … they picked up the wrong dishwasher… Okay put the stove in.. let me look to make sure it is the right one… okay good, where is the new plug I requested and paid For … oh it is not on their list of stuff … so no new plug ? Really So at this point .. no. Water … no stove . No microwave … washing towels from flood…. Call Best Buy … They say oh we are sorry, we will get you the right dishwasher Refund the install of the dishwasher…. Oh the plug for the stove is with the original delivery that comes on the 1st with the fridge . We can complete the install then or send someone out but have to check their schedule. Okay we went and fixed Our plumbing to the dishwasher that is now coming on the first with with microwave we ordered and the refrigerator on the 1st. Bought the new plug for the the stove so we could cook…. I am sure I missed something .. but can add more on the 1st after the remaining items. ( we hope they show up and sre Correct)

Perfect stove love the fact I can choose upper lower or whole oven and the griddle that comes with it is fire my daughter loves cooking on it

Excellet stove. Has a lot of added features I'm really enjoying and is saving space in my kitchen by not having extra appliances.

This range has many good points but if the salesman says you can bake in the upper and lower oven don't believe him! You can air bake in the upper oven which seems to be the same as convection baking but you can only do regular baking in the lower or whole oven. The other problem is it doesn't come with instructions for using all the features. You can go on line to see the owner's manual but it isn't always convenient to go on line to to find out how to use the features - especially the ones you don't use every day. Printing the manual is also less than satisfactory if you have any sight issues. Also the digital display doesn't light up except for the time and temperature. The "buttons" are difficult to see. Not the best if you have low vision.

Cooks great and its beautiful. Airfryer is great. Color is nice

I love my new stove. I love the double oven. I have not tried the air fryer option yet but do not expect any problems. Most double ovens do not include a bottom drawer but this Samsung does. So happy to have a place to store my pan lids.

Love all of the features, air fry, double oven. I love the double doors, Samsung is the only one with the single / double door.

It cook all the food very well and the griddle and air fryer is good. I like that it has the smart controls button so I can control my stove from my phone. The only thing I wish was that it was more sturdier.

Love the double oven and being able to cook two different temperatures at the same time. The griddle is great for making more than a frypan. I haven’t used the air fryer yet. It cleans easily as long as you do it after each use, which I always have.

This stove is similar to another which we bought relatively recently. The spouse loved the other so much that she was willing to wait 4 months for a new one in the new home. This one does have a few more bells and whistles, but, so far, it’s been worth the wait.

So far we love it. Still a lot to learn but we’ve used the air fryer option once so far and we love being able to do a big portion all at once. Also love the griddle option on the stove top being included.

This is truly a terribly designed product. I bought it because I have a small kitchen and I love to cook, so I was attracted to the double oven feature as well as the air fryer option. However, none of the reasons I initially purchased this actually work efficiently or are remotely rationally designed. The air fryer function only works when you remove the oven divider (which is cumbersome). So it's not like you can pop your morning breakfast muffin in the air fryer and go about your day -- you have to find a large clean suface to set the oven divider on and then put it back?? Not convenient. Additionally, if you're using the double oven feature, both of your dishes are going to burn if cooking to your normal recipes' bake times. The heating elements are too close to the racks, so you have to keep an eye on them. Again, not convenient especially if you're say...hosting Thanksgiving and that's why you chose this oven to start with. Lastly, the buttons on the range hardly recognize touch. Both when the oven(s) preheat and when the timers go off it plays the longest, most obnoxious song as you're continually having to push the buttons that won't recognize you're pushing them. I truly love to cook. It's one of my great passions, but the sound of this oven have the shrill effect of a screaming baby. I really wish I saved myself the money (and the hassle) and bought a base-model. I tried to exchange it, but was mistaken on the return window as I'm merely a Best Buy Citi Card Holder and not whatever membership I actually needed according to the customer service representative that said there was nothing she could do for me. Not only will this turn me off of Samsung appliances, but of using my Best Buy credit card in the future. Another lesson in "simplest is best."

I like all of the features of this drive but the glass top is difficult to keep clean. It can scratch easily and one must be careful when adjusting the temp on the burners.

Have had this oven for 6+ months now and experienced 0 issues. Great oven that all features work well without issues. Would recommend.
