The second replacement had to be replaced a third time due to the oven door dropping and swinging open even when it was very hot. Incredibly dangerous. This third oven replacement we are on now thinks it's in dual mode even when the divider is out of the oven. It also heated the oven up to over 500 degrees while trying to do a slow roast at 250. The stove top heating is uneven. The convection cooking leaves food burned on the outside and raw in the middle. The oven can only conventionally bake when not in the dual mode. The oven door doesn't seal shut and the escaped heat melts the outside of the oven. This oven is one of the most dangerous, unsatisfactory, and frustrating products I've ever used.

I love the fact that it has a double oven and you don’t have use the entire oven to cook something small. I also love that it has the knobs on the top rather that on the front, I kept turning my previous stove on with my body every time I reached for something in the coverts!

I made mistake today when i took oven divider out & then i put it back in in wrong area as i could not close upper oven door. Had to unscrew fan cover on backside to get divider pushed to back so i could close oven door. Seems like a design flaw imo
