Purchased after my old one of 21yrs stopped working. The technology one the new washer is good but I agitator doesnt work like the old one in terms of really turning over clothes to clean (and I know to use the appropriate level of clothes). The old washer also held the clean scent of the laundry detergent and the clothes came out smelling very fresh! Not so much with this new washer. The washer does wash and basically clean your clothes but it does not hold freshness. Also the water level needs to be always set on max fill in order for your clothes to agitate properly. I do like the “quick” wash feature as it comes in handy when the kids uniforms need washing same day!

we like the size of the washer, very deep can fit the comforters with ease. If you are a shorter person it might be a problem. I'm 5'8' on a good day and can just reach the bottom. The removable agitator is great. really like that. all in all very good machine. does it job.

It's quiet, efficient, and holds a lot of laundry. I love that you can take the agitator out. The only downside is that you have to use the "extra rinse" option, else the laundry will come out with soap marks.

Washes great. Like that I have option to use or take agitator out. Reminder to clean washer. Very happy with my purchase.

just got this washer. so far so good. it's easy to use and my close feel clean. I love the different settings it has. much better than my Samsung. also love the color.

Haven't had our new washer & dryer 1 week yet, but so far thoroughly impressed. Large capacity, feature-rich, relatively quiet operation. Best Buy store team was super knowledgable. Best Buy delivery team was on-time, professional, and all-around awesome!

This Whirlpool - 5.2 Cu. Ft. High Efficiency Smart Top Load Washer is a very good washer so far. We have had it a little over a month (bought 2/11/23). With the removable agitator it is versatile to accommodate what you want to wash. So far no out of balance loads big or small. We originally bought a GE same size, but it went out of balance on every other load. So returned it and got this one, so glad we did. This washer is very quiet when running, doesn't move around, has a end of cycle beep, and wi-fi. Lots of load choices. Very happy with this, and seems to be a solid purchase. I recommend it!!

Washer with the app has been nice to set and use. High spin seems best to be use on but it does shake quite a bit.

I love the size and the ability to remove the agitator. Being able to load and go the laundry soap is something i didnt think i needed or use but discovered i love this feature. It saves time and money. The only drawback is i am not sure how to add color or white saving products such as clorox color brightener or Out White Brite.

Great washer with a lot of space. Very efficient and cleans clothes well. Clothes come out clean and the soak feature is awesome.

Enjoying the performance of the washer just wish the fabric softener dispenser actually worked. Absolutely love the feature of the removable agitator for large blankets & comforters.

Love my new Whirlpool washer with the 5.3 tub size. The agitator can be removed if needed.

I’ve had this washer for almost a year now. It does a great job cleaning clothes. I love the ability to remove the agitator for large comforters. Only reason I didn’t give it 4 stars is because of how loud it is on the final spin cycle. Regardless, it’s a great machine.

Great washing machine! Nice capacity and is easy to use. Fits well in the needed space. Has a removable agitator which is helpful for washing larger items.

So far so good. I think my clothes get much cleaner and fresher smelling with the top load versus the front load I had prior to this machine. I love being able to add the extra water so items actually ge clean.

The washing machine is easy to use and supports large items. Convenient water spigot to assist with stains items is very useful. Like the option to remove agitator for some larger items.

I love it very sufficient there's enough room in it wash your clothes very well and also drys I will recommend anyone to buy I am able to wash my bed spreads in it Don't have to go to the cleaners anymore
