Love my Ninja coffee maker. Brew anything from a specialty espresso drink, to over ice, travel size mug, or a big carafe. Also comes with a frother, the water tank can be put in the back of the coffee maker to save counter space.

This Ninja brewer is the best coffee maker I have ever owned. I love the versatility and its ease of use. The machine is not bulky and it’s profile does not take up a lot of room, yet, it performs like it’s in the big league. Loving this machine!

This is my dream coffee maker! I’m being dramatic, but what I upgraded from this just accommodates everything I need. I really wanted a coffee maker with duel brewing ability and a hot water dispenser. Got both and it looks great as well. A little complicated but YouTube university fixed that. All is well in my coffee heaven!❤️

Great coffee maker, that has many features such as speciality coffee and kcup. One feature with the stainless coffee maker I don't like is it's don't have a heat pad on it to keep drip coffee warm!

I really like this product. It's easy to use and faster than my old coffee maker. The frother on the side is a nice addition, but it's not very powerful.

Picked this up 12-4-24 since it was on sale for $130. My trusty Mr Coffee maker has lasted me over a decade, still works, but I figured it's time to upgrade. I don't really use K Cups, so that was not a big deal for me. The main selling point was the thermal carafe, I prefer those since they don't burn the coffee if you have a full pot on for a bit. Also, I prefer a removable water reservoir which this has, and you can also swap the position from the side to the rear. My biggest complaints so far, is it DOES NOT come with a reusable filter (packaging says filter basket is included, which is confusing because that is not referring the "filter". Also, I cannot remove the filter basket with the maker sitting under my cabinets. They are located 18" above the counter (see picture). So I guess I will have to find a more convenient spot for this to sit. Otherwise, 1st impressions are good.

It’s a drip coffee maker. Kind of hard to screw that up. But, this machine makes preparing iced coffee a breeze and the milk foamer is awesome. It can prepare your own coffee grounds in a traditional filter basket, or you can replace the filter basket with the coffee pod thingamajig. The carafe is heavy duty which is great for clumsy oafs such as myself. It’s also easy to clean. When coffee residue builds up, simply boil some water and pour it in to the carafe along with a dishwasher pod, stir it up to dissolve the pod, then let it sit for an hour. The other pieces such as the filter basket and carafe lid are dishwasher safe. The Ninja also has a “Clean” setting; I use a solution of 1/3 white vinegar and 2/3 distilled or filtered water in the reservoir. Then, the clean setting slowly circulates the solution, allowing it to descale the system.
Overall, this is the best coffee maker I’ve owned; so far, it has lasted almost a year of almost daily use and I hope it lasts for many more years to come.
I try to limit the amount of kitchen gadgets, but this coffee maker has me becoming a Ninja shill.
9/10 - Easy buy. Some might be turned off by all the settings, features, and fussiness. However, if you’re like me, you enjoy options and switching it up every so often.

Amazing design in line with all the versatility this coffee brewer has to offer. I have owned a Ninja coffee maker for 10 years, so when it broke, I knew I had to try one again. This Ninja DualBrew Pro does not disappoint with its stainless thermal carafe and consistently good brewed coffee!

This is, by far, my favorite purchase! I have previously been using a K-cup machine for a few years. I had decided to upgrade to one of the cafe with frothing units and compared a couple products; going over specs, abilities and reviews. I decided to purchase this Ninja Dualbrew specialty coffee system. The thing that pushed me more toward this one was the separate hot water spout. I love being able to have hot or boiled water without coffee residue. I am able to use this to make tea, hot cocoa and oatmeal as well as many other uses.
This machine is incredible. I am able to make regular hot coffee, whether by the single cup or up to 12 cups. I can make lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, iced coffee. I love the frother and its ability to remove to clean super easily. When making a cup of coffee, I can use the filter or the k-pods. I have been using the filter method the most because it makes such a rich, flavorful cup of coffee each time.
The functions are very easy to operate and clearly displayed.

Good coffee, but lots of quirks

I previously had the standard Ninja Brewer, and was happy with how it worked, but the carafe broke and was on back order, so I went ahead and upgraded to this model. The coffee pretty much tastes the same as the previous one, which is great, but this model has some quirks that I'd reconsider if I was buying it again:
- My biggest beef: I specifically bought this version with the thermal carafe because I thought it would keep coffee warm longer than a glass carafe with a warming plate. Unfortunately, that hasn't been the case. I didn't realize this when I bought it, but when you get the version with the stainless steel carafe, they remove the warming plate under the carafe, so the carafe is the only thing keeping the coffee hot. We now find that if the coffee has been in the carafe more than an hour or so, we have to pop it in the microwave to get it hot again, and that seems to change the flavor of the coffee a little. This was nearly enough of a dealbreaker for me that I contemplated returning it, but I didn't have the original packaging anymore.
- There's no pour spout on the carafe -- just a smooth lip all the way around the carafe. The coffee comes out like a waterfall, and it inevitably splashes coffee in the process. It's a small thing, but kind of annoying, and a really odd design choice.
- The way you measure water and coffee grounds is a little funky. Instead of filling the reservoir for the specific number of cups of coffee you want, it has markers that indicate 1/2 pot, 3/4 pot, full pot, etc. And my previous machine just used one scoop of coffee per cup you wanted to make. For this one, if I want to make a full pot of coffee, I use up to 7 scoops of the large end of the scoop. Just seems a bit vague.
- For $250, I would expect it to come with a permanent filter, but it doesn't. Ninja sells one, but it's out of stock.
- While having a separate K-cup option is great, you can't use reusable K-cups. I was a bit disappointed by that.
At the end of the day, the coffee is good, but for the money, it leaves me thinking "I wish they did x instead of y" too often. If it broke, I'd probably replace it with the model with the glass carafe and warming plate.

Love the versatility of the product switching between k-cups pods and coffee grounds with a variety of coffee size cups or carafe sizes and also the choices for iced coffee and specialty coffee as well. It's one stop coffee shop ! Its also very easy to follow the instructions in making the coffee. Big plus , a milk frother !

Research the Ninja for quite a while. Had the top of the line Keurig for about 10 years. Decided to drive a ninja was not disappointed this is an awesome machine. Glad I made the switch to Ninja this thing is fast and requires no preheating like the Keurig. Love all the special features like the frother hot water port and the ability to make a pot of coffee and the stainless steel thermal pitcher is great because don't have to worry about breaking glass.

Got this baby about 8 months ago (for reference) after our 4th other “k-brands” pooped out after about 2 years each. Let me just say that NINJA has done every little thing right that annoyed the heck out of me with the other “k-brand” over the years. I mean everything! The first few weeks my husband and I kept texting each other “OMG..the coffee maker can do this or that!”
Best Features
-the little whisk on the side!!! I use it everyday to mix my collagen powder into my coffee. Or make my kids chocolate milk
-the dial to choose cup size goes from 2-55 oz.!
-there are NO limitations (like the other brand) on anything when making choices
- there is a button to switch to water mode! So your hot water won’t be slightly coffee flavored or have grounds in it. I use it for dissolving bullion when I am cooking.
- The CLEANING CYCLE!! You no longer have to sit there and brew cup after cup after cup. Just fill it up and it spends 75 min cleaning.
- There are no extra parts that you have to store separately! Everything stays on the machine. The top slides back and forth if you want to brew a pot of coffee. Even the coffee scoop attaches to the side!
Things I mildly didn’t like (lol)
- I with it came with the cone shaped brew basket because it is hard to find online. But it does come with some paper filters
- even though it was not hard to use at all, it took a few days to learn all the amazing features. Just take the time to read the instructions! Keep the manual around for reference.

We absolutely love this coffee maker. When our other name brand maker died suddenly, I went on the search for a machine that allowed both a thermal pot of coffee and k-cup pods. This machine did not disappoint. While we haven't used all of the brewing functions, we highly recommend the Ninja quality and functionality. And its faster from start to finish on k-cups!

This would have been a great maker if made the coffee hot and kept most of the grounds in the basket and out of the pot. On the brewed coffee, the temp was just not hot enough, it was at best a high side warm brew. I may have been able to live with that if it was not chock full of grounds. K-Cup seemed to work well, nice and hot.
I tried everything the instruction said, everything I could find online, nothing kept the basket from overflowing and pouring grounds into the pot. I can only attribute this to the basket design, the over flow holes are just too low, allowing the grounds to pour out of the basket and into the pot every single time.
We were using standard cone filters. It is entirely possible the gold basket would have corrected this issue. At a price tag of $249.99 I could not justify having to spend the extra money on the gold basket on the chance it was going to correct the brewing issue, and it would not have corrected the brewing temperature issue.
I returned it and bought the Keurig dual brew, which came with the gold filter basket for $199.99. Right out of the gate, a perfect brew temp and zero grounds in the pot, not a single ground has made it to the pot. The Keurig has performed flawlessly since it came out of the box.
I really wanted to like the Ninja, it had many nice features, a wonderful touch screen and looked very modern and sleek. It just could not perform it's primary function correctly. Had they included the gold basket, and it performed well with no or few grounds, I would have kept it regardless of the brew temp being too cool. Overall, I sadly cannot recommend this machine, it just fell short of basic expectations.
