Purchased as an energy saver for our home. We use to prepare dinner instead of using our full size oven to cook a small meal. Uses 1/3 the energy as full oven and cooks items much faster. Air fryer function works very well and holds much more volume as a traditional air fryer.

Ninja is a brand near and dear to our hearts. This Ninja Foodi is a perfect addition to the family and will allow us to replace a prior Foodi from many years ago. We love that the machine is versatile, giving many cooking options built into one unit. And the size is perfect as well.

I have owned it 2 1/2 months. I mainly use it to bake and roast potatoes. It bakes/roasts to perfection. The reason for 4 stars is it is extremely loud (rattles) and the outside of the oven becomes dangerously hot (exterior top and sides). I have burn myself when touching outside of oven. It becomes so hot I place my wet/damp dish towels on top and they dry with in 5 minutes. I find this very dangerous, especially for families with young children.

I use this more than my oven! Extremely user friendly and heats quickly and evenly.

This is pretty easy to use with a little learning curve. Definitely go by cooking times in the manual instead of directions on the product. This is a well built product. This was on sale, as well as plus membership deal made this a steal. Outer housing does get pretty warm while using.

Replaced the oven in our camper with this jewel. No more propane! I love it. Cooks evenly everything that I have done in it.

We are lovers of air frying. I have other & love Ninja products. Don't let the word "fry" fool you. The food turns out really well & is a healthier choice. Make sure you read or at least scan the instructions. For example, you shouldn't use Olive oil. It has other functions such as roasting and dehydration. You can select the function and set the time for each. It's easy to use. We didn't give it a 5 because for the price we think it should come with the extra rack reviews speak of and the buttons shouldn't fade(read reviews about fading, so we decided to put clear packing tape neatly over the buttons to prevent wording from fading-you can't tell the tape is there). Other than those things so far we are happy with our purchase. We also purchased the Smart thermometer, but we haven't used it yet. Oh yeah, it's not small so have a space for it. It could be compared to some larger microwaves in size. However, it's not very heavy and the size is manageable. I'm the wife posting on my husband's account. :-)

I like the air fryer. I use it a lot. The only problem I have faced is that the rear of the air fryer rusts after a while. I called Ninja and they replaced it. You have to clean it with vinegar for it to last. That said, I like the air fryer a lot. It has 10 different functions. My oven is not functioning and I am now using the air fryer to bake my chicken.

I bought this as a bigger replacement for my air fryer but this is so much more. First off, it heats up to 400 degrees in about 1 minute vs the 10 minutes it takes to warm up so it is a great/efficient alternative to the over. It also holds about 4x the food as our old air fryer. I'm sure this is saving me a ton of money over using the oven. We have also dehydrated bananas in it and it was super easy. I haven't used it for cooking meat yet so I haven't used the thermometer but, hopefully, it works as well as the rest of the unit. I did see several reviews that said it gets super hot. I did notice the top gets hot if you have it on a high temp for a long time. There is a warning on the top about the heat. I cooked garlic bread at 400 degrees last night for 9 minutes and could put my hand on the top immediately after taking the bread out so, at least m unit, doesn't get hotter than I expected. I was worried the counter top might get hot under it but the space under the unit seems to be adequate for allowing plenty of airflow to not get the counter top more than a few degrees warmer than the room.

I saw this and decided to get it when Best Buy had it as a Black Friday special. I love it, Not only does it have 10 different functions and tons of space, it's pretty intuitive. As you pick you function and number of racks, it'll tell you what levels to use. It's quiet and does a great job of getting things crispy.

Our oven on our stove stopped working long ago and we really needed a replacement. So when I saw this beast I knew it would get the job done. This thing gets used literally every single day, multiple times. It frys whatever you want to perfectly regardless of how crispy you want it and is a baking machine (have made tons of pizzas lol). If you want something premium but won't destroy your wallet, this is a definite must imo.

Very pleased with this air fryer - easy to use and it's made my life so much simple! Lots of room and I'm enjoying making new recipes. My oven just broke and this has really come in handy! Highly recommend!

This Ninja product is simply fantastic. It has such versatility and performs well as an air fryer, toaster and oven. These are the only functions I've used so far and I expect the others to work just as well. To me it just seems precision. It has taken the place of my full-sized oven for most tasks.

Very nice appliance. Ninjas a great product. Only downside it's very noisy. Especially at startup.... sounds like a jet engine. Performs well. Noise only complaint

First one only lasted less than 2 weeks. Started making a horrible noise in back and vibrated and then quit heating. Call ninja up and they diagnosed and swnt me a new base. Dont know how i feel about having to pay taxes on the warranty base after 2 weeks and then i was left with the junk one to dispose of. Would i buy again ?
