We've had this for two years now and haven't had any issues. The ten functions make this one of the most useful tools in the kitchen. It's extra nice when we need to bake two different things. It can fit a 12 inch pizza so when we get a Papa Murphy's pizza and cheesy bread it makes it nice to be able to bake them at the same time in different ovens. The air fryer works wonderfully. This has fully replaced a microwave for us. Only use a microwave has over this is defrosting but this can do it as well just not as quick.

This product is very good. Our oven went out so we needed something to keep us cooking in an oven. We really like the air fryer part of this oven. It is very to use. Highly recommend

Fantastic Appliance to have on your counter especially if you have children. Lots of useful functions and helpful when needing to air fry extra food using the 2 shelf function. Only small knock is its louder than I expected but no biggie.

First I tried another brand's unit. It was underpowered and undersized. It came with rinky dink pans. I returned it. I decided to get a larger and more powerful unit. One that could get to a true 450 degrees. When I received this one I thought I had overcompensated. It is large. I rearranged my kitchen and found a perfect spot for it where it does not seem out of place. I was very pleased to see how much is included in this product. So many pans including a very sturdy roasting pan with two equally thick and strong sheet pans. There are two broiler racks which allows one to air fry, bake, and catch the drippings all at one time. The air fry basket is substantial as well. Then there is performance. What can I say? It has plenty of power. Perfect air fried french fries got me excited to explore this oven further. Baked some turkey burgers, air fried eggplant, melted cheese perfectly on a tuna melt. The only other thing I have made so far sealed the deal for me and gave me enough evidence to leave this positive review. I made a pizza and it came out better than any pizza I have ever made at home. This unit does more than just substitute for the unnecessarily large full size oven. It betters it.

It's a smart device. Some smart appliances I don't care for. But this Ninja Air Fry, convection oven is pretty darn good. Yes it has a variety of settings with preset timing and temperatures but also leave you the option to adjust as you wish. It's a larger countertop than the 7 yr old Cuisinart air/oven that died, so it can be used for larger roasts, like a whole chicken for example. Haven't tried all the features yet but they are there. This is now our 2nd Ninja appliance and I'm thinking I'll go Ninja as the need to replace other gadgets arise.

This is my favorite tool in my kitchen, hands down, I’ve upped my cooking game just from buying this alone. The different settings are great, but the thermometer is the biggest selling point to this. I never have to wonder if my meat is cooked all the way, I just set the internal temp I want and the temperature to cook it at a let it go. Once’s it’s reached the internal temp it shuts off, so no worries about accidentally over doing it. Got it as drop and it was the best one I could’ve asked for. Use it almost daily, and the only thing I’m worried about is when it finally does stop working, but till then I’ll take care of it and continue baking, air frying, and more with it.

Highly recommended for those looking to cook high-quality, grilled, and air-fried meals indoors with minimal hassle. It is well worth the investment for those who will use the multi-function features, but may be overkill for someone just needing a basic air fryer. All though cleaning the splatter shield was a bit hard. Overall this is a nice purchase.

We’ve used this for a few years and love it. Replaces multiple other gadgets, has a lot of function, and is a nice addition to the kitchen. Current one is a replacement of a previous one, which we scrapped because I burnt some plastic inside it (don’t put plastic in these). The plastic melted onto the heating element, which seemed difficult to replace. So my only real complaint is repairs are difficult. But we tried another model and it just wasn’t as spacious or as capable as this one.

My family loves it the only complaint is on air bake the fan is a little loud but other than that it heats fast and very easy to use and no need to heat your whole oven up for smaller meals

The ninja 10 in on works as advertised. Biggest thing we wanted was a large capacity air fryer and we got it. Cooks fast, eliminated a lot of appliances of the counter and replaced them all with this one. We would recommend to anyone looking for a larger air fryer with a lot of options.

Great product with intuitive design features....was a little louder than I expected but great for quick cooking!

The air fryer is excellent!!! I put in a frozen pizza, press pizza in settings and it’s perfect every time! I dehydrate bananas and onions, etc… perfectly. I never have to throw away leftover French fries that had gotten cold-it heats them up just like they were fresh from McDonald’s.

I like the capabilities of the oven, the only complaint I would have is the noise when the air fryer is on. Otherwise a great purchase.
