I love having the freezer drawer, as I can actually see what I have. I hardly ever use ice so it’s great and easy to have it off and easy to make when needed. The French doors are awesome and plenty of room and of course adjusting shelves and door ones as well. I didn’t even think about it not having handles, just opened them. I am loving it

We have such a small area in our kitchen for the modern Refrigerators. Most fridges that will fit are very basic and don't have ice machines or water dispensers. This one is modern, has everything we like and we can control it with our phone which I think is super cool. Very satisfied with this purchase!

There is a super small dent in the side so that was unfortunate, but customer service was helpful.

The things I don't like - no door pulls; shelf spacing. The things I like - the water is filtered for both the ice and cold water; fingerprints do not show. lots of storage in the doors.

I even went into the store to see measure it in person. Sure it would fit, I purchased it and paid for delivery and installation. On the day of the delivery the installer looks at my door and states it won't fit. My husband asked them to attempt to bring it in (it was still on the truck) because we were sure it would. They said no, and that it wouldn't fit. It was returned. The next day I went to my local appliance store and gave them the measurements of my door. They suggested THE SAME REFRIGERATOR. I explained to them what happened, they assured me it would fit. A few days later it was delivered and low and behold fit right through the door. No problems. Not even a tight fit. I was happy to have a new fridge but so disappointed in Best Buy's customer service. Their ineptitude cost me an extra week without a refrigerator and another day taken off of work for delivery. I actually do have this same exact model and I love it. The fridge is GREAT, just get it from somewhere other than Best Buy

But after all was said and done, I decided to do it. I was skeptical. Well, after 4 months, I am convinced I made the right decision. My fears have been put to rest it is a great fridge. Quiet, efficient, roomy, makes a ton of ice! If you have doubts like I did, just try it. You, too, will fall in love.

The pull out bottom freezer is so roomy and I really like the pull out drawer above the freezer basket.
