For the price it isn’t bad but the ear buds them selves decide to slid off my ear every once In a while and they aren’t to loud but like I said for the price it ain’t bad

Okay for listening to audio books, but music is distorted.
Main issue with them is when using them for calls. EVERYONE has issues hearing me.

Definitely get what you pay for. I got these to link up to my phone one time but it was a process each time I wanted to use them. Not worth the headache.

They were ok. They picked up every sound and had semi staticky feedback. Sounded like you were in a tunnel when talking on the phone.

Yes these earpods are very cheap but I expected them to work for a decent amount of time but that is not the case. One earpod already has no sound after about a week. Very disappointing and a waste of time and money. Not a good product.

These were recommended by a store associate. One stopped pairing/resetting w/in a month, but after 2 weeks. Not exchangeable. Was told we should have bought a protection plan. Best Buy does not guarantee their products will function properly beyond 2 weeks. I'll be purchasing a replacement elsewhere.
