Great product but the battery life doesn't last long and the connectivity takes time

This wireless system is very easy to set up with voice instructions and confirmations. Remote monitoring is worth the added monthly cost with cellular backup that sets up itself and regularly monitors the connection. The phone app is effective and allows reviwing of any activity on the camera. Mounting of the door contacts is easy for most common doors, but is trickier for sliding glass doors.

It works, but the technology is dated and Simplisafe doesn't offer many accessories, like cameras, that work well. I purchased the door lock and a few other items - they all died within 18 months, it was a total waste of money.

I purchased this system because I had used it while watching a family members house. It’s kind of crazy how simple it is to set up, and operate (no pun intended). I got the door bell camera as well, and set up done in 10 minutes. The costumer service is second to none as well. If you’re on the fence about getting it, JUST GET IT! You won’t regret it! The only reason I say 4 on the value is because I feel the key fob should be standard in every simply safe kit.

Works well although door sensors should be screw mounted. The tape and plastic bracket is not secure enough when heavy traffic loosens the door mount. I also purchased the camera, had to call tech support, would not connect to internet. They sent a free camera, problem resolved. The app is great for remote access.

Love this simply safe bundle. I got the whole system for my house and so far everything works great!

Basic. Doesn’t compare to its competitors. The app doesnt offer options for giving access to others living in the household. My spouse doesn't have access to unarming the house. Theres one code and everyone has to use that code. The security tower has issues responding with changes I've made within the app. The software/firmware is updated, has power and is in a location that isnt obstructing a signal. Why do i continue to have issues? Simple answer: outdated or cheap equipment used for manufacturing or the software doesn't work as advertised.

Using it for a while now and we didn't have any issues. It was very easy to install and very reasonable monthly price.

My review summary says it all. It was very easy to install. The only thing you need to know is that if your in Philadelphia you will need to get a permit. To do so you will need to download the form, send it to the City of Philadelphia with a fee of $50 for the monitoring if your interested in using the feature. You still have to subscribe to a monitoring service which I did through the company Simplisafe listed but the process was a snap and our system was up, active for monitoring is about 7 days.
