Beautiful product! I would totally assume my MacBook Air is new if I didn’t know better.

Spend the extra $100 and just get it straight from Apple. A geek squad rep himself said these aren’t great. I ordered a gold one and it came with the screen damaged, so I got it replaced with another one in silver and that turned out to have a battery issue where it dies at 30%. I went to my closest Best Buy and they said they couldn’t do anything and that I would have to go to the store I purchased it from so they could override it or whatever. I called the store bc it’s like 60 miles away from me. They also said they couldn’t do anything bc the return/exchange period was over, why is it only 14 days btw? So in the end, I just reached out to Apple bc thank God they have a 1 yr warranty on all their products, so now I’m getting the battery replaced. These don’t come new looking either, both were scratched in some places and dirty. The chargers also had yellow stains on them. I thought refurbished meant newish?? Never getting anything from here again…

I came in flawless condition with 98% battery health.

Its an Apple product, everything works great, all round good computer.

I purchased this item as a Christmas gift. I repeatable tried to get a price and availability on the warranty. No one was able to help me and I just ran out of energy asking. Sales crew was fine aside from that.

Got this one year ago and screen cracked internally. I’m not sure how as I always keep this laptop on my desk and never travel with it or have it on the go.

It works well but it had some scratches on the exterior.

I purchased this in a first everything seemed well and after miraculously the 14 day warranty expired, the computer knocked out and the keyboard stopped working does not function with external keyboard either and I’m now stuck with a broken computer and $600 out of my pocket stay away from. The guy at geek squad also told me I should not purchase Best Buy refurbished ever!!!!!
