My ten-year old Samsung washer finally gave out (sprung a small water leak after years of hard service). Could have gotten it repaired but decided to buy a new one instead -- same size, same features. Will be perfectly happy if the new one serves as well as the old.

Best Buy was excellent in every way, competitive price, delivery and set up were perfect. Love the washer and dryer set, easy to use, efficient and stylish, cannot be beat.

Finally had to upgrade our 15yr old samsung set after the shocks gave out. As someone who loves tech i had to go with the smart set. The interconnectivity between the washer and dryer works flawlessly. Also like that it tells you when to run the delf clean feature. Hopefully they last as long as the previous set.

Works Great. I got white color. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. Flexibility to adjust water temperature, spin and rinse cycles. It is pretty quiet and running smooth.

Love this purchase! This washing machine is so quiet. Plus it is very efficient. I tried the bedding setting for the first time and it was very gentle on the comforter. I highly recommended this washing machine.

I absolutely love this unit!! The design, (it's absolutely beautiful in my laundry room) the size and overall the functionality. 10/10 it washes my quilts, throws and rugs to perfection! This review is after almost 2 years of use.. no need to think twice. You will not be disappointed! I also added the pedestal! and oh boy is it a game changer!!

Absolutely love this washer and dryer stack set!! A couple years down the road and they still work like new and they was 5 kids worth of clothes and blankets and my work clothes. Fantastic!!!

Awesome washing machine. Everyone told me to never get a Samsung, but we've been using this almost daily for 2 years and it has had zero problems. DONT FORGET TO REMOVE THE SHIPPING BOLTS BEFORE YOU USE IT.

I love my new washer. It's so quiet and can hold my big comforters. No more going to the laundromat to wash them. When we picked it up from Best Buy the staff was very quick and courteous.

this washer was pretty easy to set up and get going. So far, it is a great improvement over our last frontloader. Lots of settings for different types of washes. It is also quieter than our last one.

We have been using similar Samsung model for the last few years and when we moved to the new home in March 2023, decided to buy the similar newer Samsung model. We have used various European washer/dryers over the last few decades and have finally settled for Samsung Washer/Dryer machines. In my opinion, these are a perfect balance between, performance, price, function and looks. This particular model is no exception and performs as it should i.e. flawlessly.

Easy to use and looks good on my laundry room. The dark finish is very nice.

I love this washer and dryer combo. I definitely recommend both. Please don’t make my mistake and only buy one then realize you need both. This narrow but powerful device helps a family of five.

Cleans well enough and is pretty quiet. My only complaint is that the options for choosing different cycles and temps is very limited.

I love this washer machine. Its big enough to put comforters and blankets and the different settings like steam and delicates make all your clothes to be sanitize and wrinkle free.

I love the Samsung products; because the top loader that I preferred was on back order for an unknown time, I basically had to select the front loader to match the Samsung drier brand and color. While this machine washes great, the spin cycle is loud and noisy. I much prefer the top loader.
