Bought this washer three years ago ,it worked well,until 4 months ago it started making a lit if niuse during the spinning process of washing.Shedding tons of grey sanding debris from the bottom of the machine

Love, love, love this washer! OMG, have never had such clean clothes! Gets our clothes so clean and leaves them soft. My white shirt looked new after running through with the steam settings on. Really excellent! We stacked ours with the drier too, so it freed up space too.

The team that delivered my dryer were great. They hauled away the old one as I paid them too and they made sure not to damage any of my home while taking away the old one and installing the new one. They went over use of the new washer and were very efficient! They even cleaned off the face of my washer and double checked many times that I was happy with the service provided.

This is my first time having a front-load washer, and I’m very satisfied. The size is perfect, both externally and in terms of washing capacity. I love the cycles, and the color is fantastic. The only downside is that a lot of water tends to accumulate in the detergent compartment.

I am loving this washer so far. Very easy for my to access because I am mobility impaired...I dont have to bend down to get my clothes because of the podium.

No issues with this washer. It's been working great. I do recommend also getting the pedestal for convenience. I do leave the door open after washing so that the tub doesnt gets mold. I have a dedicated laundry room so its not an issue for me.

High quality washer and dryer set. Beautiful colors. So many options. Nothing else to be said.

For starters we’ve had the same Samsung washer dryer set for close to 10 years but since the washer stopped draining properly we decided to get a new set vs repair. We loved Samsung and decided to order this set for it’s wonderful features like wifi and steam cleaning. Upon delivery the first issue was the dryer. After removing the massive styrofoam packaging the top of the Dryer was severely dented in and would need to be replaced. But nonbig deal since our original dryer was stull in working order. Next we connected the washer and started with a light load on a quick wash setting. The wash cycle started I watched for a few minutes to ensure it was running smoothly and then left the laundry room. A few minutes later we suddenly heard loud banging noises and vibrations was so severe I thought my ceiling fan would fall down it was shaking so hard! The laundry room was right above it. I quickly ran upstairs to see what was going on and the washer was on the spin cycle it was moving and bouncing on the floor I tried to hold it in place but I couldn’t stop it so I hit the pause button. I checked the default settings and the spin was set to high. I thought maybe this was the reason since I didn’t have a full load of clothes the setting was too high. So i set it to the lowest setting just above the “no spin” option and turned it back on. This time i stayed put to see what would happen and yes the same situation loud banging vibrations the whole thing started again. I then found reviews on other websites that had the same complaint. Clearly Samsung knows about this faulty product but they continue to sell this dangerous washer. Since there were some positive reviews I believe this machine must be part of a bad lot or manufacturing group and samsung refused to remove them. Buyers beware!

Samsung improvement washing machines added extra options quieter quicker and definitely washers to close better.

We love our washer since it's our first one in our new home. It runs quiet, and I love the quick wash mode. Also I love the musical chime when the washer is done. Pretty cool.
