Went and bought this model instead and the same thing happened. And im a premiere member who just had a tech out today and i was told i would be given a replacement, and 4 hours later they lie and say they want to try to repair it first when i know its only to make my family suffer ! Don't buy from best buy anything especially if you want it to work more than 2 years and you like to be lied to by there replacement department!
