This frig was purchased because the LG frig, I brought about 5 years ago (and just pass warranty) wasn't getting cold. All the LGs appliances I brought at that time sucked and broke down. I decided on the GE because the company used to make quality products. The ice maker on this model is in the freezer section and it makes a ton of ice so I like this rather than on the door because they usually jam or stop working altogether. I brought all the bells and whistles on the LG appliances. No more for me, just a basic frig as I know they don't make products like they used to. So far, I had it a month and it works for my needs. I would buy it again.

We ordered this refrigerator for our new home. Has lots of space and I really like the bottom freezer ice machine and inside water dispenser. Has a ton of space and flexible storage shelves.

I like the outside appearance and fridge is big. Nozzle for water dispenser is inside door but too close to side of fridge - inconvenient. Freezer dividers are cheaply made. Move whenever you adjust food in freezer and ice exposed in freezer.

This refrigerator is very functional with a lot of versatility. There is no wasted space and reconfiguring the shelves is a snap. I appreciate the 4 levels of door storage, with several of the racks deep enough to accommodate large bottles and jugs. Cleaning spills is easy with the large glass shelves and wiping the exterior is effortless with the water dispenser located on the inside. The bright interior lighting makes finding items easy but also assists with spotting debris and spills. The two layers of freezer storage helps to keep things organized and readily at hand. The door alarm has alerted us several times and helped avoid food loss. Additionally, the ability to turn off the alarm while putting away groceries eliminates irritation. Great refrigerator, great features, great price...win, win, win!

I love this refrigerator but the door storage disappointed me. I had expected to be able to store my milk and 2 liter sodas and all the tall condements in the door. There is a small fixed shelf on the bottom of each door that is hard to see. I would love to be able to move the bigger shelves to the bottom, giving more space for tall things in the door. I have to place extra milk ,Orange juice and other large drinks on an inside shelf taking up space that I thought I could fit in the door. There is a shelf that pushes in for tall things but its really not enough space. and when you use it you are limited as what you can put on the shelf behind it. Also you cannot just push the door shut lightly , you have to follow through and push it all the way shut. These are all minor things. I still love this frig

Very specious and overall good refrigerator. The hidden water valve and ice tray gives it a totally fancy appliance

Frig is ok, though the shelves are really difficult to change. Initially we had the refrigerator delivered and installed on time, but it had a big dent. I called Cust Service, and the 1st person said fine, but I had to call the Geek Squad number. I did that and ended up discussing with a person who did NOT want to give a return and did NOT want to give a discount on the dent. We ended up having to go TO THE STORE to get a replacement. The staff there had no problem. So we get the new frig and the team delivering it did NOT want to install it. They ended up calling their boss who said they did have to install it. They did that, but the frig still rolls around. I believe they needed to lock the wheels. Ugh.

Doing business with Best Buy has been my best buying experience ever. My GE french door refrigerator has all the room you need. All Shelves are adjustable. Lots of ice without seeing the icemaker! Thank you Thank you

Excellent storage space, however, the refrigerator sticks out past the countertop which we didn't realize until it was installed. Normally, this wouldn't be an issue, but the location in our house is right next to an arch opening to the garage/laundry room.

My old fridge froze its last meal and then quit. Best Buy gave me a great deal on a much better fridge. There’s much more room, all the food is easy to see, and the temperature is east to set and is always maintained. The freezer is easy to organize with its separate drawers.

Great fridge, plenty of room. Looks great, works great.

Christopher, our Best Buy, helper was great! He showed us refrigerator ideas and helped us even purchase. And with our Total Tech agreement we got free delivery, install, haul away and a two year warranty! And the delivery time was only a week and a half from purchase date. The delivery guys were very friendly too! Good job Best Buy!

The interior space was surprising to us because there was so much more room than our original refrigerator. I love that the freezer is the bottom half. It definitely makes the freezer roomy with two drawers. It came down to temp very fast and we are very pleased with our purchase.

The double door fridge on top freezer on bottom setup fits perfectly in our space and is organized well inside to meet our needs. So far it is preforming well much like other GE products we have purchased in the past. No unnecessary wifi/ electronics to break. Well laid out basics. Perfect for our family.

Love it, first time purchasing a refrigerator and I looked and debated for a while before deciding on this one. With the water being on the inside it gives so much more shelf room and that was a must, everything has worked perfectly since getting it and the freezer space is also amazing. I think my only downside is certain containers cannot fit under the nozzle for the water dispenser

The fridge is really perfect in everything ( the size & design ), the reason that I gave it 4 stars is the internal water dispenser, it’s not practical to open the fridge door each time to drink water.
