I got super lucky and bought an open box one in excellent condition for $279.99. The person who originally bought it must have never even set up the system as everything was still sealed in the case except the sound bar itself. Not one scratch on anything. My opinion might be a bit biased due to the price I paid, but for my average sized apartment living room this system slaps. The bass from the subwoofer shakes my walls and the atmos speakers really bring out sound effects you never noticed when watching movies you seen 100x before.

Overall, really pleased with these. Sound is great once you take the time to tune it using the app. Voice volume seems to be low regardless of what setting you use (even the clear voice settings) but music and surround sound is great. Definitely a huge upgrade from my 5.1 soundbar. Really nice sound for the price.

Set this up for my 85 year old Mother using the Arc connection so that it all works in sync and using 1 remote. She loves the sound and is amazed on the surround sound effects. Me personally, I think it definitely lacks bass from the sub, even when adjusted to the higher level. Overall, nice system at a great discounted price of over half off.

Wow ! I loved this sound system very much. I have been using this sound system for my mini theater at basement. While you watching movies that sounds just drive you into the real world. My family and friends they really loved it.

This surround sound is 100 times better than my previous soundbar. The one and only semi dissatisfaction is occasionally it drops the sound, followed by a loud humming noise. I have to unplug the soundbar from the back for approximately 30 seconds and plug it back in and it fixes the problem.
