Customers are positive about the sound quality, comfort, battery life, open-ear design, fit, bone conduction, and lightweight features of the OpenRun Pro Premium Bone Conduction Open-Ear Sport Headphones. They appreciate the clear and immersive sound, comfortable and secure fit, long battery life, ability to hear their surroundings, lightweight design, and innovative bone conduction technology.
On the other hand, customers are negative about the volume, bass, price, connectivity, and microphone. They feel the volume could be louder, the bass is lacking, the price is high, the connectivity is unstable, and the microphone could be improved for better call quality.

I have tried all of the last 3 versions of the Shokz (previously AfterShokz) and these have some noticeable improvements and were worth the purchase. The sound is improved with the new drivers, especially lows/bass. Again, don't expect miracles in the sound quality department but a noticeable improvement! I have found a much better phone call experience with these, which was one of the complaints with the previous versions, so whatever they did with the mics is much better. The re-positioned charge port enables a better positioning of the volume buttons and that brings up the multifunction button which is also a little easier to find/use.

Bought these Open Run Pros after my last ear buds quit on me right before a race. Love the sound and the fact that its not so loud that I can hear what's going on around me. I would definitely recommend these to any runners that are running in a higher traffic area to a quiet trail in the woods.

These are a clear step up from the standard headphones, both in sound quality and in battery life. Great for my long runs and marathon training!

I love this item. Have this item for more than 4 years. Use it every day. Sometime i fall a sleep with it on (does not hurt like other headsets) able to work, drive hands free and just walking around. When i need to focus on a task i put on some ear plugs (for noise cancelation) and add some white noise to focus. I have bought 2 of them in the past 6 years a older model and this one.

I was looking for headphones that stay in place, are sweat resistant, easy connection, and good battery life. These check all the boxes. Sound quality isnt mind blowing, but better than expected.

For those that can't wear ear buds, this is the solution. The most comfortable headphones ever invented. For bone conduction, the sound is just fine. I actually like the fact that I can listen to the headphones and someone else talk to me at the same time. Try that! I listen to baseball and the news anyway, but you can still rock out with these, trust me. YES, these can be worn with sunglasses, no issues. They are easy to use, easy to charge. I would say there is room for improvement where the charging cable connects to the headset. It connects fine, but the metal connections on the headphones don't have a seal or rubber cap that that protects it from sweat dripping on the metal contacts so you have to be extra careful not to charge the headphones until you make sure the contacts are dry. Now why the heck would that not have a cover when done charging one will never know? Hey Shokz! Are you listening to me? Regardless, I highly recommend these headphones.

These have to be the best set of bone conduction headphones I have ever worn! I work in a factory and for safety purposes I need to be able to hear what’s going on around me and these let that happen without having to choose hearing my music, or my surroundings.
The battery life is definitely what they claim at 10-12 hours depending on how much you use them, and the battery life doesn’t seem to be affected by heat or cold as I have left them fully charged in my car over the weekend when it was 14° outside and the battery was still fully charged. Also the heat at work doesn’t impact the battery life either.
Calls made from them are very clear, but if your in a loud environment (like a factory) the noise canceling microphones will also cancel you out requiring you to go to a quieter place.

Great product. I like running and finally a product that does not fall off my head and the sound quality is solid. If you like running or working out, I would highly.

I bought them originally for work because we can’t have a headphones directly in our ear but with these I still get good quality sound and bass as if I had my beats pro on and the battery last a long time.

These are my first bone condition ear buds and I fell in love instantly. As I mainly wear them at work as an IT tech having the ability to zone out while working is a god send as I can also hear if someone needs me it's an amazing mix plus I don't have to worry about ruining my hearing. I will say don't get these if your trying to shut the world out as you will definitely be able to still hear. Now the biggest con I can think of is the rumble when the volume of the song is too high it will cause the headset itself to shake and that is slightly uncomfortable and a bit of an inconvenience but overall a great Bluetooth headset that leaves you with open ears.

These are the best headphones by far. It uses conduction Nd sits on your ear. It’s lightweight and you hear clearly. I had problems with headphones because I have small ears but this works ever so fine for me.
