I should have listened to the reviews. Then it was a battle trying to get Samsung to send a repair technician out to fix it. Samsung is the worst I’m starting to see that.

Keeps dropping to 1 minute during loads

Samsung Dryer

However a new pedestal had to be delivered due to damage. The men that delivered totally disconnected they dryer from the vent. I had to move the dryer by myself, climb behind it and reconnect it. Plus they left their open box cutter under some towels that were on my washer. Not happy with delivery guys number 2.

I can put 1 shirt in it, turn it to time-dry for 1 hour and it still comes out wet. I have tried different settings and every time everything comes out wet or damp. I had another dryer for 2 years and that died. I guess i will have to really think about buying a Samsung again!!
