Everything was great except I got this 03 error code after only a month of use -- apparently this is a pretty common error with the throttle wiring or something. I purchased two of these scooters and the other one works splendidly with no issues. Fortunately their website seems pretty good and the after-sales customer support is decent; I should be able to get a replacement throttle in the mail and fix it in 10 minutes myself. I'll update the review once that whole process is done.

Love it. Bought 2 for the wife and I zip around and it climbs decently. I'm 230 and I still can get top speed around 17mph

Speed varies every time you ride it If you leave it out in the sun too long, wait 30-45 minutes before charging it

Last for 25 miles straight using full throttle and tends to keep the top speed in a steep hill

Plenty of power, really good range. Lighting adequate for riding at night.

I have had 3 E-scooters in 5 years, two were the ES-S10x by Glarewheels. I thought this would be an upgrade, but in 4 months, I have: - Replaced the ignition (it is actually a well-known defect in reviews that it will break in 2 months, and it did) - Replaced the wheel (it went flat 2 weeks after the ignition started bugging out); I also had to find the wheel from a different manufacturer because their wheels are, apparently, out of stock at all times. - And, after THAT, I am now getting an overheat error, causing me to dismount and walk the rest of the way to work (I live less than a mile from work, and use it to save gas from driving short distances). Completely not worth it. I had an easier time changing the battery in the S10x than I did changing the wheel (I wasn't paying someone again so soon after paying for the ignition change). If you must buy this, they offer an 80 dollar warranty "just in case".

They are great scooters, but about a week after purchase we had to get a bike pump because the tires wouldn't hold air. They are very durable though and have a good weight to them so I feel safe but not to heavy or inconvenient to fold up for the bus.

Easy set up and easy to use. Folds up compact enough that it doesn’t take up space in my apartment

Kinda like it, but i had to same day replace a faulty one i got instore. Ive also only gone 5 miles today, but its half dead yet it advertises "25 mile range"

Had to return the item not because I don’t like it but the necessity of not having it anymore. Good buy though!
