Love my washed and dryer! It looks so sleek in my apartment. It also functions beautiful. It’s not that load and does a great job. I have sent many links out to friends encouraging them to get it.
I would recommend this to a friend

So far love this washer/dryer combo. Takes up a smaller blueprint (though full size capabilities) when installed than customer might think by looking at dimensions. Very quiet. Many washer/dryer options. Controls in center at convenient height.

The item is very compact and provides excellent space saving. Ease of operation is very good. The dryer does not seem to dry clothing while on the delicate cycle. It dries very well on the bedding cycle. The need to drain water at the bottom of the washer after each wash is inconvenient. The delivery and set up was done in a professional way. Delivery gentlemen were superb. Overall, we really like the washer/dryer combo.

I've been using this for a little over a month now and so far so good. I'm replacing a stackable Samsung unit that had major problems and was only about 3 years old. I absolutely love this new unit. Having all of the controls in the middle is a game changer. On the Samsung unit the dryer controls were at the top and I actually had to use a step ladder for a while at first until I memorized all the settings, then was able to stand on my tip toes to do it. These controls are fully accessible, one row for the dryer and one row for the washer, one on top of the other, right in the middle and easy to get to, and all touch sensors, versus the combo touch and dial of the Samsung. This feature makes the unit a little shorter in overall height than the Samsung too. It's a very quiet unit. It has lights in both the washer and dryer which is so convenient. I'm used to only having a light in the dryer. I haven't tried the app yet but I'm sure that's nice for those who are more tech savvy. The only thing I haven't liked is that it has taken a while to completely rid of the rubber smell. It was extremely bad at first and for anyone reading this, I would recommend running a few washes or perhaps even a cleaning wash before ever putting your first load in. I like the steam feature but there are still some things I have to figure out how to use. Other than that I'm very happy.

I'm extremely happy with my new washer and dryer combo. It is easy to use and actually has more than I need, but it's nice to have anyways. This combo is actually made together. There is no separation, but if you are shorter like me at 5'3", I can get my items with ease. It's a big deal for me besides the reason I now have enough room for my upright freezer.

Just perfect. Slightly smaller on the outside than the maytag set it replaced, but still plenty big on the inside. Having all the controls in the middle of the unit just makes sense. Great design. Love it.

These are great units. Space saving. Clean well. We have a cleaning company and our short-term rentals that are larger have at least one or two sets of these. They have been game-changing for laundry efficiency.

It's a little concerning when the instructions for the installation check for the dryer don't work. Even the "alternate instructions" on the website, and the THIRD alternate instructions on the phone don't work... At least with the types with dials and push buttons there's a bit more... well I don't want to say reliability, but - clearly something is not working the way it's meant to with this device.
Otherwise, I needed new equipment and had a small space to work with plus I'm short, so regular stacking washer/dryers were an option but this has the controls in the middle so... Black Friday pricing was in my favor and it does seem to work well where I put it.
We did have a problem with attaching hoses - if you're using the kind with 90 degree elbows so you can push it further back, I guess the "collar" is too shallow and it leaks. The standard rubber hoses fit, but I wish they actually had high efficiency burstproof 90 degree hoses that would work with this, for peace of mind and ability to nudge the tower back further in a shallow space.
I've run a few loads so far. I'm 50/50 on this - it doesn't really save a lot of time compared to my old equipment, but the energy savings should be good, and it's a larger capacity (which I didn't strictly need but it's a nice bonus).
The manual really leaves it up to the detergent manufacturers to tell you how much liquid to add, although there is a "max line" in the tray itself. The detergent bottle I had (Purex) doesn't really have clear lines so I'm kind of having to tinker a little. Just be aware of that when you're picking HE detergent to go with it.
I have not tried the ThinQ app, partially because it's difficult to pair.
