Drying is well and have different functions easy to operate

Does a great job. Like the wrinkle feature. Love the 10 year warranty. Even if it's a limited warranty after a year. Covering only parts instead of parts and labor.

The product was fine. The service was terrible. They didnt show up 2 different times to indtall the dryer. The first time they brought the wrong gasline and left it for me to take back to the store and get the right one and rescheduled the installation. Why would I go get it? I don't even work there. They put my new dryer in the garage for 2 weeks. I told them to come and get their dryer and give my money back. I later had a buddy help me carry the old dryer from the basement and installed the new one. I figured they wouldn't show up to pick up the new one, if i returned it anyway. I ended up getting a 100 dollar gift card and an apology. 3 different mistakes, actually 4. They never brought the dryer vent line. I had to go to lowes and vuy all that stuff. The 100 gift card barely covered all that.

Quit heating after a couple weeks. When it did heat the exterior go so hot it seemed unsafe. Had to be returned.

This machine is so quiet and large load space. Enough to wash comforters with the comfort of the deep clean delivery

I have a Maytag washer and that is why I wanted to purchase a Maytag Gas Dryer. I have used the washer for a number and like it and felt like it is well made. However, I do not feel the same about the dryer...The door seems to be on the light feel. I do not like the filter which is very flimsey Just don't like it like I thought I would

So far so good. Solidly constructed with well placed knobs.

I only have had the machine for almost a month. So far I am happy with this dryer.

I spent the entire morning converting our new dryer to LP. The orifice would not budge. They put it on way too tight at the factory. I called Maytag. Total waste of time. Don't bother; all they do is answer phone calls and tell you to contact your gas supply company for assistance. I've done these conversions before. I used the correct sized tools. This should have been a simple R&R. The corners of the orifice got rounded off so badly, no wrench would work. I finally took the entire valve off, took it to my shop and used an easy out to remove the dang thing. I was very close to boxing it back up and returning it to the store. I did get it put back together and it fires up just fine. We have yet to put it to actual work drying clothes though.

This dryer does not get hot. It takes over 2 hours to dry a load of clothes.
