DO NOT BUY!!! One month after the warranty was over, the washer started leaking from the front bottom left corner. Extremely frustrating. Will never buy an LG appliance again. We have had a Samsung lasted longer than this, and we all know how bad Samsung appliances are. Very sorry that I didn’t move my $500 Whirlpool front load machine with us when we sold our home.
Hi, there. Thank you for reaching out and sharing what happened with your LG Washer (WM6500HWA) model. We understand the importance of having a washer you can rely on, especially when a leak appears so soon after your warranty period ended. One helpful step you can try is checking the drain pump filter area and the front lower hose connections. A loose connection or debris in the filter can sometimes cause water to appear in the bottom left corner. You can also perform a quick inspection by running a short cycle while observing the lower front panel area. For additional guidance, visit https://www.lg.com/us/support/help-library/lg-washer-why-is-my-front-load-washing-machine-leaking--1431986512448. We’d like to take a closer look at this for you. Please send us an email at [email protected] so our team can assist you directly. ^Juvy

Quality no what I expected. It's okay for now. I think Samsung is a lot better quality.
