Love the top loader. No more stooping down to load the wash. Former owners had a two-decker with dryer on top of washer and the washer had to be drained periodically. We hated it and finally found a side-by-side washer dryer we can live with. So far everything works great. And the whites are a lot whiter now, too.

Only had this for a month. Seems to work well. We like having an agitator and it is removable when walking a bulky item. There are 3 sections of buttons and you have to choose every setting that you want to use. I do not like this! Seems to wash as well as any others we have tried.

Great washer, relatively quite compared to my older one. Very elegant color.

Not enough water when loading. But very convenient to press a button so the extra white water can flow in into the washer. Also very convenient to remove agitated part for a blanket.

This machine is wonderful , not to mention the removable agitator adjusting water level I could keep going....... It is perfect great buy!!

Washer is phenomenal absolutely love it no complaints at all Great build. Only Grype would be there's no paper instruction manual or operators manual.

Smooth, quiet, easy to use interface and wireless features. Everything you would expect from Whirlpool.

The washer can handle very large loads. Can fit a few comforters at once. There are lots of washing options to choose from. The only downside is that the automatic soap dispenser doesn't seem to dispense a good amount of soap.

So happy with new washer. This dial free washer cleans like a dream. Holds great load and soap is pre filled. This is a great buy.

I love the self dispensing soap (make sure to check your detergent against the chart, you need to use more or less depending on how concentrated your detergent is). The scrub brush that comes with it for clothing is nice. And I love being able to remove the agitator when I need to. I have only had it for 1 month so I can't speak to its reliability.

Our family LOVES this set. We have both washer and dryer. They are super convenient. There is a small learning curve, but they are huge inside. We can wash fewer loads and save money on water, detergent and time investments. I would highly recommend.

Excellent washer; the removable agitator is especially nice for large items like comforters. Being able to pre-load the detergent saves a step on each load and makes sure the right amount is being used. The clear top also let's your see exactly what's happening while a cycle is running.

I bought this washer for a few important reasons: it's larger capacity size and ability to do large blankets by removing the agitator, it's top name brand bosting high quality and it's durability (we are a family of 5 and use the washer a lot) - hoping it will last years. Well, 6 months after purchase we find ourselves with a washer that needed major repair work (thankfully it's still under warranty), can't balance a large load during the spin cycle (the repair tech said "you'll just have to do a few towels or one blanket at a time - really?!?!?), constantly disconnects from the remote wi-fi function (the app is pretty much useless), won't dispense the soap in the "wash and go" feature and leaks at the bottom. This is probably the worst washer we've ever owned. I'm so disappointed. Given it's premium price tag and top of the line brand, I don't think that my expectations are too high to say that I want it to at least function as advertised.

Love this washer. It washes everything that I put in it. No problems.
