This washer is the best. It cleans so much in one load and fits a large comforter as well.

Washes well. Only thing, it is a little loud and shakes a bit too much.

Washes great however it seems to have trouble balancing loads. To avoid this you have to keep the agitator in. I love the preloaded soap I have arthritis and this feature makes it so much easier !

Have had some balance issues but other than that has been a good washer

I love this new top load washer. I had a front load Whirlpool for 17 years and it just stopped working so I decided on this. It works great.

This is a great washing machine. The removable agitator is nice when you want to wash blankets.

All of us feel best unit we have ever purchased. Uses exactly right amount of water never short. All water leaves machine. Close come out clean every time. Had top of line LG and Samsung we did not like either unit.

I really like the app feature that tells you when you are running low on detergent. Especially when I’m not at home doing laundry and I know its my teenagers. The app tells me when the cycle ends. So I know how many cycles were done . If you have teenagers you know they always forget to tell you they used all the detergent.

This machine seemed to work just ok when it does work. But I bought it 7/23 and it wasn't delivered until almost 2 months later because Whirlpool was making it brand new. Within the first year it started leaking somewhere which was covered by the warranty but the service man couldn't figure out where it was leaking from so he had to come out multiple times and said he replaced everything inside the box of it. So then it worked again of course until 3 months later after my TotalTech 2 year warranty expired. Now it has stopped draining, stopped spinning, the lid is locked. Error codes are F9E1 which says drain plug needs cleared. So I manually drained the water out by tipping the full washing machine back so the drain started working again. Only to find out there is another error code attached F1E2 which is the Motor Control Board and it causes a electrical spark everytime I try to reset it by unplugging it and plugging it back in which seems like the computer on it is bad. Now I have to pay for a service call just to see if this thing is worth fixing or not.

If I could give this washer zero ratings, I would. It looks identical to one we had a few years ago. That one acted up all the time. what do you know this one we have had a month and it's already acting up. I was limited on what washers I could get because I needed it as quick as possible. And a few features, I was a little specific about. This washer cost us a $1000, and that was on sale. And it's already acting up.

After almost two decades of front-loading fun, this new top loader with removable agitator and HE or full soak option is the best of both worlds and will save your back.

Purchased a little over a month ago and so far it's working wonderfully. Have not used the Load & go feature yet, but will soon enough.

The product is excellent, nothing short of what I expect from one of the latest Whirlpool washers. I enjoyed running this top of the range product to wash some clothes

Great purchase; works well. It is a beautiful washer maching and make my laundry room look great.

We have had this washer approximately 1 year with no issues. My only complaint would probably have to do with its trying to guess how much water to use with some of its automatic cycles. Other than that, its a good washer.

I love the fact that you can remove the agitator with just a simple push and twist. Also not having to add detergent every load, it tells me when to add.
