Accurate. Third Fitbit and the last.
Each band I setup was frustratingly complex and difficult if you have an existing account. Seems that it should be just the opposite. Bought an Amazfit Band 7 for half the cost and the setup consisted of me downloading the free Zepp App. Scan the barcode and all was complete. The Zepp App is much more visual and easy to utilize and read.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I bought to have quick access for the heart rate which appears to work fine. Not certain that the sleep score is accurate as some nights are worse than others and may get a better score.

For it's size, it's pretty much a good step counter. If you want something small like this, it may be perfect for you. However, the interface, for me, was a little too simple. Unfortunately, when I set up the Fitbit I entered a starting weight, and it seemed to sync that (with Apple Health and Withings, my scale) as an every day entry in my history for years in the past. It took forever for me to manually edit Apple Health and Withings data so my historical data wasn't ruined. For that reason alone, I have to give the device 2 stars.
Thanks for your feedback on your Inspire 3, RobWilkensLevittownNY. We’re sorry you had a problem when it came to syncing your data. We’d be happy to investigate and see what may have happened — when you get a second, reach out here: https://support.google.com/fitbit/gethelp?hl=en

I bought this Fitbit for my wife after her old one broke, but this seems to be her favorite one so far! It’s replacing a previous gen inspire, but it seems like a pretty big step up in terms of quality. This one feels much better to hold and doesn’t feel like it would break as easily.
The screen is also much nicer on this device compared to the previous version. If you’re looking for a Fitbit to give you both notifications and track your health/fitness goals, look no further!
