Fantastic! I had the original Go and this out performs all the way around. I like the bigger but not too big size. Much easier on the eyes. I use this for my insurance business and it does everything I need and allows me the ease of taking it with me for in house appointments. You can go wrong! Speed and memory are top notch!

This is a very nice piece of hardware. I am a Mac user and switched (temporarily) from my Mac Mini M2 to this Surface Pro 9 with a Surface Dock 4. I really like having the built in camera/speakers/microphone for my MS Teams meetings. I have two 34” ultrawide monitors connected and enjoy having a third screen with touchscreen interface on the Surface Pro 9. I put this device to the test daily. As a heave web application user I constantly have 15-20 Edge tabs open along with Adobe Acrobat, Teams (new), Outlook (new), and a variety of other applications that I am in and out of daily. I am impressed with the performance of the Intel i5 processor and honestly surprised with the performance with only 8GB of RAM. My biggest complaint is a Windows OS issue that I need to reboot the device routinely to keep is running smooth. I have been testing this device and this configuration for potential deployment corporate wide. Desktop power with tablet portability will make our users ready to work anywhere, anytime.

The surface pro 9 has been a great device for almost every task that I've thrown at it. I use it to run my business using QuickBooks and our AdCentral check-ins program mainly. However, I do connect it to a USBC docking station and hook it up to a 55-in TV from time to time and all seems to work well. I like the fact that it can be charged via USBC as well as the charger that came with the device makes it versatile and easy to use when plugged into the usbc docking station. There have been a few issues such as the HID sensor driver. All the sudden just showing up with a yellow exclamation mark In the device manager and having to be uninstalled and reinstalled as well as face unlock just simply not working even though the lighting conditions were perfectly fine. The device feels good to hold in the hand and of course the built in kickstand is an added bonus which is perfect for any viewing angle as it folds completely back on itself. There is some bezeling along the edges as well as the top to compensate for the webcam on top and just enough space on the side so that your thumbs or fingers do not accidentally press on the screen clicking on things by accident. All in all, Microsoft has done a great job at adding to the features for this new model. I like that the storage is upgradable in the back with just a flick of a compartment. You can easily change out and upgrade your storage and some models even come with the ability to add it to your mobile broadband account. Build quality is excellent, of course and you're able to run full windows applications without any limitations, which is probably one of the biggest things about this device. I would say if you bought last year's model, there's no need to upgrade to the surface pro 9. But if you're a few years back I would say that this is a worthy upgrade.

My Surface Pro is perfect for my needs: Very fast, a beautiful display, a long battery life and a pleasure to use. I'd recommend this product for anyone looking for a relatively inexpensive, reliable workhorse.

Overall works really well. I wish it had a bit more functionality as a tablet (access to google play store or apple store, because the Windows Store is pretty limited). but it's speed is great, battery life is great, and It's super portable.

I'm thoroughly impressed with this. Its sleek design and powerful performance make it a great choice. The seamless multitasking, vibrant display, and long battery life enhance my productivity. The Surface Pro has exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it.

Not just because it’s my favorite color. It’s a great design. I use it for work and school and just switch btw user profiles. Gets the job done, anywhere! I also got the arc mouse recently. I only wish they sold the keyboard would work detached from it just to allow for different ergonomic variances. No complaints as a junior dev. I use Mac for personal life stuff but this has kinda made me a Microsoft fan girl in a weird way. I’m interested in seeing how more products like these improve in the next years. But this works for me so far so good.

I love it! Small but big enough to do anything I need it to do. Light & portable. Easy to set up, though the updates you need to do w/ it right out of the box are a pain, once you have everything updated you are good to go. Fast & decent storage only add to performance. It’s a great device!

Bought this in the forest green color for my wife. She uses it for her masters degree. Really incredible device and we probably haven’t even scratched the surface of what it can do. She appreciates that it is lightweight and is a beautiful color, hasn’t faded or rusted, is a responsive touchscreen that works really well with the separate pen and keyboard attachment. Particularly the fact that it functions exactly like a windows laptop except it’s more portable and looks better made this the best solution for us. Would recommend, I bought at a great price because there were 2 surface pros available when I got this and one of them was only about half a month old but still surface pro 9, and the older model had more memory and was cheaper so it was the obvious choice.

I love this tablet, had it for a few years now and the thing keeps chugging along. Ive used LRC on it, word and played some games on it and watch a lot of movies. Ive even used it as an external monitor and took it on deployment with me where it was drop a few times without a case then some more with one. And its still here, love the machine.

I went from the original Surface Go to this Surface Pro. it pretty much operates the same, but it's bigger, heavier and works better with some softwares. I like it a lot! However, every once in a while the mouse will freeze. I actually think that's a keyboard issue and not the surface itself. Typically, attaching and reattaching the keyboard is that. If not, I just restart the device that seems to work. After using the device for a long while I do hear a fan like sound, just something to mention. Overall, I the Surface Pro. Most of the time I use it similarly to a laptop with the keyboard attachment and sometimes I use it more like a tablet without the keyboard attachment.

It’s a pretty good 2 in 1 laptop/tablet. It works well and is portable, though I find that simple software applications like a web browser might be somewhat slow. Web camera is the worst - I’ve gotten reports from people I’m on Zoom with say I’m completely frozen. Also overheats quite a bit. However, I do enjoy it for what it’s worth. It’s easy to use and can do a lot. It’s not perfect but I prefer it over a Macbook. I’d rate it a 6.5 out of 10.

I love my Surface Pro 9... I've been using a Chromebook for the last 3 or 4yrs and really wanted a Surface tablet/laptop combo but didn't wanna break the bank. I really love the versatility of it and what I can do with it. Not to mention the speed and reliability of doing my tasks. Surfing the internet is a breeze and setup was easy... Personalizing it and making it "mine" was also a breeze. I'm not too impressed with the battery and it seems the charge doesn’t last as long as some reviews I've read. But it's not horrible considering the processor this thing has... I'd highly recommend getting yourself one especially if it comes with the pen and keyboard, as mine did...

Excellent tablet for school, lightweight, portable. It has excellent battery life. The detachable keyboard and kickstand allow for flexible use as a tablet or laptop. It also includes Thunderbolt 4 for fast data transfer and external display connectivity. Keyboard and stylus are not included.

This computer is awesome. Super quick, not noisy at all, and it can run all the programs I need. There is little down time in opening applications, and the battery life is insane. I had it on rest for 3 weeks once and it only lost 15% battery. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something to stream, draw, or lightly game with. It also runs the Microsoft Suite of products efficiently. The display is also amazing for such a thin piece of technology. Would recommend to anyone.

I love my Surface Pro 9! I updated from the 7 after it was damaged. I conduct client site visits that can be 1-3 hours long, so I often have down time during and between visits. Having the tablet allows me to complete my work, which maximizes time and services for all my clients. Plus, the size and ease of use makes it invaluable to me. I definitely recommend this tablet. It paid for itself in one month. The only drawback is Microsoft has removed the USB port, so if you have a device that requires a this type of connection, you will need to purchase an adapter or dock.
