Worst Delivery and installation service

The review is for the worst customer service and deliver/installation company. They dropped off the washer in the kitchen and said they are coming right now to install it and they just left! I had to hire a third party to come and finish the job. This would never happen If I had ordered from HomeDepot of Lowes. This is the most unprofessions service I had ever received in my list.

But I have been having issues with error messages since I’ve gotten it installed. It uses way less water, so sometimes I feel like the clothes are getting as clean. Sometimes the cycle doesn’t even start after the lid lock. It barely will spit out water and the clothes would be completely dry, or just doesn’t seem like they were cleaned. It’s been frustrating and made me consider almost going back to a traditional old school washing machine that I had before.

Much louder than the one it is replacing. I have had company downstairs and they have remarked on how loud it is. I had someone come out today to look at my 5 month old washer and he said it’s normal. If you’re looking for a quiet washing machine, this is not the one for you.

We are constantly having to pause the load on spin cycle, redistribute the clothing and have even had to hand ring items out that were still soaked with water.

He took photos and sent them to Best Buy. I was offered two options 1. To keep the damage one until they replaced it or take a small percentage off the price. I opted for option 1. Long story short Best Buy did NOT honor either option so I’m paying for a damaged washer that I didn’t damage.
