I've been happy with this laptop, but sometimes settings (or something) seem to change for no apparent reason. I know absolutely nothing about how to fix something when it no longer works the way it did the day before, so it's very frustrating for me. I've had to take it in to the Geek Squad several times to reset something to make it do my bidding again, but even they can't figure out what happened some of the time.

Love this computer. It's perfect for all our work, school and online needs.

Love this laptop! I have always been a fan on Samsung. I like the big mouse pad it has. The screen size makes it even better to see what you are working on.

I got this for my wife for grad school and she loves it. She flips it into a tablet and takes notes with the pen and listens to her lecture online at the same time.

Good screen the S-pen kinda sucks but better thsn nothing not the most powerfull cpu either but it gets the job done if you need to do artwork or browse youtube

Wonderful laptop - extremely easy to get everything set up. The screen is exceptionally easier to read than my last laptop.

No trouble whatsoever so far. Seems to have plenty of speed to do normal things. Haven't pushed it too hard yet though.

Excellent Lap Top, great graphics and task speed, the size of the touch pad is perfect.

I really enjoy this laptop. Its user friendly and the battery last twice as long as my Asus

Fast laptop, love the touch screen function and the best thing is that for this year compared to last years model is that they added USB input.

Does the job I need it to do. Staff at the Rio Rancho store were very good at identifying my needs and finding the right computer for that need.
