My review is five stars however that’s for Best Buy’s excellent customer service regarding this purchase I bought the 13 inch MacBook Air and took it home and quickly realized it was a little bit too tiny for me. I’m coming off at 15 inch MacBook Pro. After trying it out for a couple days I called Best Buy and asked if I could exchange my MacBook Air from a 13 inch to 15 inch MacBook Air. They allow me to return the computer. They did not charge me a restocking fee. And they swap my AppleCare from the 13 inch model to the 15 inch model without a glitch. It was an excellent experience and I think Best Buy for its customer service policies. You guys were great so that’s my review on the 13th MacBook Air I think it’s a nice computer but it’s a bit small the screen I think compare compared to the 15 inch model which is superior by far. I have that 24 GB RAM and 512 SSD. 13 inch models are great however, when you have a 15 inch model in front of you it just makes everything look better. The screen resolution is much better than the 13 inch model and I’m very happy with my purchase in the return and exchange thank you very much for selling me your computer. I got a great deal from you guys even better than Amazon prime day you guys have the best price so thank you. Will buy another Mac from you guys again I promise anyway that’s my review. I’m not sure if you guys wanna post it or not but thanks for everything. Five stars

LOVE it! I originally had a MacBook Pro that was so old it couldn’t be updated anymore so this one is definitely better. I can’t imagine it not being better! It’s lighter, thinner, and faster.

The notebook is of excellent quality! It’s lightweight, easy to carry everywhere, and meets my needs perfectly. A great purchase.

Super excellent product. Great value. Extremely versatile product, for work, school, everyday use, gaming and travel… I can’t say enough about this little monster. I paired it with the latest Hyper Duo Slim-8 Port 8 USB-C Hub and Boom. All the extra connections one would need.

It came on time and with no damage. The MacBook was in good condition and it has been working perfectly ever since I bought it.

I have been a used MacBook Pro in the past, so this has been my first “new” purchase. The update comparisons between my older pro vs the air are pretty substantial regarding processing power, so that’s a plus. There are less ports on this unit than the pro, but this something I’ll have to get used to. Moving over to usb c has been trying, but inevitable. Can’t wait to see what the next port is down the road. Regardless, I’m looking forward to see what this unit can do. So far, I’m pretty happy.

Excellent Product Love the Macbook Air Series for general work flows

This laptop was for my daughter who is going to college. It is great- she says it's fast and efficient. We ordered online and it came a couple days early which was nice.

I purchased this MacBook for my daughter, she uses it for her University classes and for everyday use. She loves it and has learned how to use it so well and fast. She uses this for homework, saving and uploading data that is required of her. It was the absolute best purchase I have made for her thus far.

This is an amazing computer. It handles everything I do, Excel three windows open, seven browser windows with one playing a video, one Word window, two Finder windows, one Calculator window and more with zero lag. I highly recommend. Plus BB associate was super helpful and patient. I’m a former MacBook Pro user. A+

Perfect for all work, easy to maneuver and add things etc! I would definitely recommend if you need a computer that is lightweight but also if your looking to have an Apple product!
