Her previous lap top did not last long. The agent that helped us explained the difference between other laptops for sale. We chose this one and my daughter is very happy with it. It is light weight, has enough memory and is good looking . the other reason this laptop was purchased is the brand name HP./xx

It’s so easy to use and the keyboard is nice and I love the size of the screen…I hood to use this one for another 13 years!

Initially the product was missing somehow and best buy took full responsibility and replaced the new brand laptop. Regarding the laptop, the speed and working things with this model is great and strongly recommended to buy.

I needed the Thunderbolt port to drive my HP USB-C G5 Essential Docking Station in order to drive my 2 monitors. HP had the computer and because of a Black Friday deal, the price was absolutely fantastic. I trust HP. The Envy has all of the speed I need
