So far, so good. It's larger than expected. It takes up more room than I anticipated it would.

The printer works great, and it is exactly the size I wanted. However, there is a high pitched, yet subtle screech emitting from the printer. It took me about a week before I figured out where it was coming from. It is SO ANNOYING! I called to see what could be done but was told I would have to pay$100 to have it looked at. That is more then the printer. Not happy with the product nor the service from best buy. I am 2 days over the 2 week return policy.

Good printer for the money! Set was easy, prints & copies great. Does not have a feeder to scan or copy multiple copies so you have to feed it by hand. Also does is bluetooth only, no hardwire option. My fault for not reading everything first.

The price was very affordable and the print quality exceptional, however, it prints a little slow for my liking, especially color sheets.

Simple scans and printing. Good for a small home office that requires a few small projects to either print or scan. It took a bit to get setup, but having wireless connection makes it convenient.

Bought this for a friend and specs are great. Looks and works great.

So far I love my new printer did not use the free HP ink because it came with ink that will probably last me six months because I do not use my home printer a lot. I learned the hard way HP Inc. if you set up for it when you are finished you can no longer use your printer.

I've been using this printer for 8 months now, and it's the most frustrating piece of equipment I've ever owned. I had read the reviews about the ink situation, and yes, the HP Instant Ink service can be a nuisance, but it's workable once you understand it. The Instant Ink cartridges stop working if you cancel the service because they have a special feature designed for it. This means you'll have to buy new cartridges from a retail store instead. Additionally, the controls are not user-friendly; without a printed manual, managing the printer is high maintenance. The most aggravating issue with this printer is that it won't stay connected to my Wi/Fi (no other devices have this issue). If you're hoping to print whenever you need to, forget it. You will constantly have to unplug and restart the printer, and maybe, if you're lucky, it will eventually cooperate. Overall, this printer makes a simple task difficult and wastes my time. I can't wait to get rid of it.

The printer is okay. You only get 3 months free ink if you sign up for the HP ink program. I changed my router a few weeks after getting the printer. It was a nightmare trying to figure out how to get it back online. There is a tiny button that you can barely see on the back of the printer. No clear instructions to help you and no support to help you. For these reasons I can only give a 3 star.

I love my new printer. My only complaint is with HP. Im having trouble changing my info fpr instant ink subscription. The printer does everything and i love it.

I like the printer, but having issues with Wi-Fi 6 connection. discussing with HP on how to correct, may be someting manufacturers need to fix for the Wi-Fi.

It was a little difficult figuring out how to set it up and start printing, but that was done with a little help from my daughter and now it works perfectly. Inn terms of pricing and value, I don't think anyone else could do any better.

You have to use the app to set it up even though directions say you can set up with your computer. Once set up it’s perfect.
