Not great for infrequent printing

The problem is the ink cartridges dry up so fast. I don't print a lot. Like twice in a year but the cartridge dries up on its own by the next time I go to use it. It's kind of ridiculous.

Great printer but setup could be better

The printing two-sided feature is wonderful. Of course, the cost of ink and delivery of it is everpresent. It hooked up to all our laptops without issue.

Would not recommend

My entire family is constantly frustrated by the amount of troubleshooting required every single time we try to use it. Repeatedly goes offline and needs to be set up all over again. Rarely connects with any of our laptops so I can only print thru the app on my phone. Help center and virtual assistant are a joke- they are too busy trying to get you to buy more products than to answer a simple question. When they do get to their answer (most recent was re: ink cartridges) - it's "watch this video, then click this link and go to this site where you will search for your info through this dropdown menu to place an order." Was just asking what ink cartridge to buy.

HP all in one printer

Piece of poop

Take your time to connect printer
