    I made a very poor choice in purchasing this printer. I have had problems with it from the first day. I have had to get customer support in order to print almost every other time I used it. AND now it died byh itself.

    I absolutely love this printer. It works perfectly for what I use it for. The ink that comes with it does not last long but I signed up with HP plus that sends me ink when it sees I am low. I love this about HP printers.

    Overall an ok printer. Not thrilled that it will spit my page out before the print job is complete now and then. I like that it keeps track of the paper and ink and sends a message for refills.

    What is going on in the world of printers these days. Sign up for this subscribe for that. I JUST WANT TO PRINT!!! Long story short, if you do not follow the directions properly then the printer will brick the ink it came with. Trouble connecting to the Internet on and off, then followed by E Zero that keeps popping up saying that the ink cartridges are not compatible now. How is that possible? It came with the printer! I'm glad I brought the printer on sale and not full price. Gold star for you if yours is working, but that fact that one small mistake makes the printer useless is just plan ridiculous. Seeing that HP chose to go this route. I'm never buying their product again.

    Cute little starter printer. It just takes small ink cartridges so be aware you'll need to keep buying ink per 30-50 pages.

    The printer was perfect for my daughters school things . Only downfall is that the ink may run out quickly but the ink isn’t pricy so worth having at home printer . I would be again and the color is nice in blue .

    This printer would be great if only it was available consistently. 3 out of 5 times I go to print something there is an error and nothing gets printed. I have the HP app and that does not help to solve anything. It usually takes at least 10 minutes to solve and I have no idea what the issue actually is. The solution changes each time. I either need to turn off and turn back on (often multiple times), make changes to my wifi connection, open the app and a few times, or a combination of those things. It's so freaking frustrating. I would have kept my 16 year old printer if I knew this was life with a new printer, at least I knew how to fix those issues quickly.

    I love it so far. I love the cute sounds it makes and the rainbow colors that glows. My only con is that it will only let me "smart print" from my laptop instead of the regular printing from the printer.
