    Works well and I like the additinal HP+ features you can opt into. Initial set up to the wifi was a bit tedious.

    Good so far have noticed when to many devices hook up to wifi it'll boot its connection but other than that no a bad buy

    So glad I purchased this but the tech guy was really a jerk and told me I could not use my iPhone and then I talked to somebody else and they got me all set up

    Ii absolutely love this. I wanted to buy an affordable printer just so i could dovwork from home. I didn't realize that it was a great photo printer as well. I highly recommend!!!

    I had a hard time getting the printer installed. Kept saying it was offline after installation. Did not like the idea of HP asking for a credit card in the beginning of installation. As a result I was charged $9.99 for a month and would not credit my card. Said they would cancel 1/31/24. Unacceptable! Had to call Geek Squad.

    Works great. Would have only taken a couple mi utes tocon ect to my PC if tgd instructio s had been right. After an hour we went to youtube and got the correct instru tions.

    Please do not waste your money on this product. The image quality is nice on this product, however that's about the only bright side. There is a tedious process to connect this to the internet, and when you do you'll have a 50/50 chance that the printer will actually print what you want. The printer always has to be connected to wifi to work, you can't just plug your laptop into it if the printer has no Wi-Fi connection. Not to mention only after 2 months that I've had this printer, it stopped connecting to the Wi-Fi. Meaning that there is 0 ways for me to actually print with this now. Absolute waste of money, go buy from a different brand that doesn't force you to use their online service.
