    I have had three HP printers similar to this one and loved them. My kids and grandkids have taken them to school so I keep needing to get another. They are very reliable.

    Comes with ink but ink runs out when you need it most (maybe 15 sheets then quality is illegible). Printer software says ink levels “good” but won’t print decent quality. Ordered new ink but if that doesn’t fix then will most likely return after holidays.

    After the initial setup it works great. The setup was a bit challenging when on the website. Switched to using the app and it was setup in no time.

    I had previously a thin, beautiful Envy printer around 2012. It lasted 10 years, and I loved it! Now I bought this one, believing it would be a great replacement because I want it to be relatively thin so it fits under my bed. This is just garbage. It keeps printing the calibration pages (I wasted so much paper and ink already with this), and it is just a cheap, unreliable, and problematic printer. Miss my old Envy.

    Terrible printer. Why would HP regress but not progress? why do they make their products worse with a new model? This pronter has no display and you have no idea for the function of the buttons. terrible choice. I compare it with Photosmart 5520-all-in one, which I really loved, but they do not sell it anymore. this printer is waste of time and money.

    Love the printer! Extremely easy to setup and love the wireless settings I can print from anywhere in the house and on the go when I’m in a rush! No issues so far

    This is the worst printer I have ever owned. It continuosly quits working for no reason, as well as disconnecting from my Wi-Fi. I have had nothing but problem after problem after problem. Do not do the free ink program either. HP will lock up your printer to where you can't use it, until you do what they want. All my laptops, computers and printers have always been an HP product. I will NEVER EVER buy another one again!

    Love ❤️ this printer. I am a big HP fan. I am 80 years old and had no problem setting it up using the HP Smart Ap. I highly recommend this printer for your home.
