HP: Liar, liar -- pants on fire

The printer would not set up using my iPhone 14, so I used my laptop because the HP Envy setup site said you can set up your iPhone later. Big NOPE on that whopping fib. The mobile app tells you to locate a wi-fi network option that does not exist. And the Envy option that does show up requires a password -- but HP does not provide you with a password in any of its documentation or on the mobile-app set up. In short, only buy this product if you like being placed in a round room and told to go sit in the corner. Frustrating, stupid and a waste of time and money. Again, sadly disappointed.

Hard to add printer to other owned computers if you don't add them on the initial download.

Does Not Connect to Computer - Won’t Print!

It will not print wirelessly. That means it’s no good to us and never expecting this to happen, I threw out the box, so I can’t return it. I have tried everything. The manual has said to try to get it to work but it won’t. The reason I bought this was because I got a new computer that runs Windows 11 and my older 2015 Canon printer has drivers that are obsolete and Canon doesn’t update them anymore. Therefore I couldn’t get this new computer to work with that Canon printer. Now I’ve got two printers sitting side-by-side. Neither of them will work with my computer. I’m not happy with this purchase and I do not recommend it at all.
