    This printer is so finicky. Sometimes it lets me print from my phone sometimes it does not. It never lets me print from my computer so it’s not reliable. You have to keep your phone on the app while printing or it stops and I don’t have that kind of time to waste. I would not recommend this

    Replaced old HP printer. Not impressed as had to print manual from online (117 pages). No shrink or enlarge image options I can find. Drops out of Wi-Fi connection erratically.

    Every few days it would randomly disconnect from the Wi-Fi. Then I’d have to spend time troubleshooting. Customer service is HORRIBLE! Now, it has an E6 error code and nothing I do will fix it. Since there is no interface on the printer itself, everything has to be done via the HP Smart app. The app is clunky at best. Not user friendly at all. I do not recommend this printer.
